The Straits Times reports that the government of South Korea has decided to ease its quarantine requirement for inbound tourists. Citing a Korea Times report, the article named Singapore as the only specific nation to have its citizens allowed in without quarantine starting November 15, as part of an established bubble agreement. The other nations have yet to be named, but international flights are set to resume in December. However, the foreign ministry was also quoted as recommending that South Koreans cancel or postpone “non-essential trips abroad” until Dec 13, as the “rise of variant cases in many countries poses a risk to their health.”
