What is multi-property view in YCS?

The multi-property view in YCS is a dashboard designed for individuals managing multiple properties, allowing them to access and analyze all of their properties’ data on a single page. The multi-property view dashboard replaces the Your listings page.

This feature addresses the challenge of having to review each property individually, providing a consolidated view of the entire portfolio for more efficient management.

How do I access multi-property view in YCS?

1. Log in to YCS
2. View Dashboard

What do you see on the multi-property view in YCS?

On the multi-property view Dashboard page, you will be able to see the list of properties in your portfolio and information such as:

1. Property ID
2. Property name
3. Status
4. Revenue (Month to Date)
5. Average Daily Rate (Month to Date)
6. Content Score
7. Filters:
   1. Countries
   2. Cities
   3. Status

Note that:

• If you manage less than 50,000 properties, all properties will be displayed and you can navigate your portfolio directly from the multi-property view.

• If you manage more than 50,000 properties, our search functionality will help you to find the property you are looking for.
