Agoda allows guests to book a stay for up to 90 days. Before setting up your Long Stay promotions, you will want to ensure your rate plans allow guests to book for extended periods. 

Setting the maximum length of stay for a rate plan

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.   
2. Go to Rates and availability >> Rate plans. 
3. Click on the rate plan you want to edit. 
4. Click on Restrictions. 
5. Check that the Maximum length of stay is either Unlimited or 90 and does not conflict with promotion settings. 

Activating a Long Stay promotion

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.   
2. Go to Rates and availability >> Promotions. 
3. Click Choose new promotion. 
4. Under Essential promotions, click on Long Stay. 
5. Choose one of the two setup type options: 
   • Multi-promotion setup (create multiple promotions at once for different lengths of stay) 
   • Single promotion setup (create a single promotion for a specific length of stay) 
6. Enter your promotion details, including the booking and stay dates and discount amount. 
7. Review your promotion, then click Activate.

Editing or deactivating a Long Stay promotion

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.   
2. Go to Rates and availability >> Promotions. 
3. Click on the Long Stay promotion you want to edit or deactivate. 
4. Click Edit. 
5. Edit your promotion details as needed, then click Save. If deactivating, click Deactivate. 

Deactivated promotions can still be viewed and reactivated from the Inactive tab. 

Long Stay promotions for single-unit homes

If your property is a single-unit home, you can follow the steps above to customize the Long Stay promotions you need to attract bookings. You can also set a weekly and monthly promotion from the Pricing page. Learn more about property types here. 

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.   
2. Go to Rates and availability >> Pricing. 
3. Under Pricing section, set the percent discount for the Weekly Rate and the Monthly Rate.  
4. Click Save. 

When a weekly or monthly rate is set, it will appear under your list of active promotions on the Promotions page. To edit or delete these promotions, update or remove the discount from the Pricing page. 

Activating Long Stay promotions via email

You may receive an invitation via email to activate the Long Stay promotion. You can activate the promotion by clicking Create Long Stay Promotion Now in the email. Your promotion will be activated with a 30% discount for bookings of more than 28 days.
