Listing your first property on Agoda

1. Go to https://www.agoda.com/en-us/list-my-property. 
2. Sign in or create an account. 
3. Click List your property. 
4. Select Create listing manually to build your listing from scratch. If your property is listed on Airbnb or Booking.com, select Import listings from other travel sites. 
5. Follow the onscreen instructions, providing all details required to create your listing. You can update these details at any time, even after your listing is live. 

Once registration is complete, your property’s listing will undergo a verification process by Agoda’s fraud validation system which typically takes up to 72 hours. During this process, your property’s listing will not be live. 

Listing additional properties on Agoda

You can list and manage multiple properties on Agoda under a single account. Once you’ve completed your first listing, follow these steps to list additional properties. 

1. Sign in to YCS. 
2. Click the account menu in the upper-right corner, then select List a property. 
3. Select Create listing manually to build your listing from scratch. If your property is listed on Airbnb or Booking.com, select Import listings from other travel sites. 
4. Follow the onscreen instructions, providing all details required to create your listing. You can update these details at any time, even after your listing is live. 

You will have access to the Listings page when you have multiple listings on Agoda. To access this page, click on the property switcher at the top of the page and select See all listings from the dropdown. 

Agoda’s Terms and Conditions (Effective Date: 21 February 2025)

In an effort to further improve our services, Agoda is updating the Terms and Conditions of our agreement with your property.

Your continued use of Agoda services after the update comes into effect will be deemed to be acceptance of them. We encourage you to read the updated Terms and Conditions by logging into your YCS account on desktop or mobile and go to Resources >> Terms & Conditions.

The updated Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 21 February 2025. These terms are an update to our General Terms & Conditions (8 December 2023) and are called General Terms and Conditions (version 7.0). If this update applies to your property, you will:

• Receive an email notification from us.
• Be able to view the Terms and Conditions in the Contracts section in YCS.
