What are the eligibility criteria for Agoda Special Offers?
The eligibility criteria for Agoda Special Offers include:
Property criteria:
- 4- star and above
- Directly connected to YCS or belongs to a hotel chain
Please note that Non-Hotel Accommodation (NHAs) are not eligible for Agoda Special Offers
Rate plan criteria:
- Room and at least 3 benefits (1 High-Tier and 2 Medium-Tier benefits)
See next section for more information on the classification of benefits.
- The rate plan ideally provides customers with a discount for purchasing the room and benefits as a bundle, compared to acquiring the services individually.
If your property does not meet the criteria above but has provided a rate plan with an amazing deal for our customers, please reach out to us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods.
Classification of benefits

• Breakfast, lunch • Transportation services (airport, ferry) • Early check-in/Late check-out • Premium access (club lounge, casino) • Complimentary mini bar, extra bed • Beverage packages • Discounts (food, spa, shopping) (ideally >25%)

| Low-Tier | Benefits that are commonly offered for free – typically include basic amenities and essential services. |
• Basic facilities (parking, Wi-Fi, pool, fitness center) • Basic services (24/7 front desk, housekeeping) • Car/bike rental, shuttle service • Welcome amenities (drinks, fruit basket, gifts) • Entertainment (TV, gaming) • Dietary accommodations
