什麼是Agoda顧客通訊系統? 

「Agoda顧客通訊系統」是一個讓你可以和顧客使用訊息交談的平台。啟用這個系統,顧客就能在預訂時或預訂前後發送訊息給你。你可透過YCS或電郵查看訊息。 

 

我該如何啟用Agoda顧客通訊系統? 

你可透過YCS的支援按鈕向我們的Agoda住宿服務團隊發送請求。  

 

 

我該如何查看並回覆顧客訊息? 

使用YCS 

1.前往 預訂 > 查看預訂

2.前往訂單,並點選聯絡住客相關按鈕。 

3.你可在這裏查看或回覆顧客訊息,或傳送新訊息給顧客。你也可點擊按鈕,傳送郵件給顧客。 

使用電郵 

若顧客傳訊息給你,系統也會根據你在YCS「聯絡資料」頁面中設定的資訊,發送電郵給你。你可直接回覆該郵件。若顧客傳送的訊息與特別要求相關,你也可使用一鍵回覆功能傳送回覆給顧客。 

下方為一鍵回覆功能概覽: 

顧客收到回覆時,會看到以下介面: 

1.視實際情況提供 

2.接受 

3.不接受 

 

  • 系統會自動遮蓋信用卡號碼等敏感資訊 
  • 電郵不可使用附件,但或可使用超連結(你可上載文件至雲端系統,例如:Google雲端硬碟、Dropbox或One Drive)
