TTR Weekly reports that the Phillipines will open its borders to vaccinated travelers from 157 visa-free nations starting on February 10th. Proof of vaccination, negative PCR tests within 48 hours of departure, and valid return tickets will be needed for entry, as well as travel isnurance for USD 35,000 in coverage. No quarantine will be required for those meeting these and other minor requirements.
