The Thaiger reports that India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation has confirmed the start of an air bubble arrangement with Thailand, and that deputy spokesperson Ratchada Thanadirek of the Thailand government made similar statements following a cabinet meeting. Details of the bubble were not available, although other travel bubbles established in the last two years suggest that participants will be able to skip quarantine or tesing measure if they meet specifc qualifications. India was one of Thailand’s largest and fastest-growing sources of international tourism prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
