Agoda增長計劃下有哪些不同方案? 

Agoda增長計劃設有三種方案可供選擇: 基本版、標準版和至尊版。 這三種方案都會附送上文中提到的福利 (首選合作夥伴徽章、廣告投放增加,及在聯盟營銷網絡中加強曝光),而標準版和至尊版更可享額外好處。 基本版的「每張訂單費用」由10%起。  加入Agoda增長計劃後的預計增幅*

如何加入Agoda增長計劃? 

  1. 前往YCS >> 增長計劃 >> Agoda增長計劃 (AGP) 在登陸頁面上會顯示3個AGP計劃: 基本版、標準版和至尊版。 如之前未參與過Agoda增長計劃,你亦會看到免費試用按鈕,點擊即可開始兩星期的免費試用期。
  2. 決定好要參與的方案之後,點擊免費試用立即登記,開始自助登記流程。
  3. 在下拉式日曆中選擇生效日期我們會自動為你選擇最早的日期 (即是下一天)。 請留意,生效日期是指Agoda增長計劃多渠道營銷開始的日子 (由當日00:00起計)。在生效翌日起完成退房的訂單會被視為屬於Agoda增長計劃之下。
  4. 每張訂單費用會以你確認選用的AGP方案為準。 基本版10%、標準版12%、至尊版15%
  5. 選擇付款方式 我們有兩種付款方式可供選擇: 「從訂單扣款」和「每月發票」。 想維持平均每日房價 (ADR) 在一定水平或分開管理營銷預算的住宿可選擇以「每月發票」的方式付款。
    1. 從訂單扣款: 每張訂單的費用將從每次預訂的應付金額中扣除。 當你在YCS確認可收款訂單的金額,我們會自動扣除Agoda增長計劃的每張訂單費用。
    2. 每月發票: 在「每月發票」付款方式之下,我們會在每個月的第4日向你發出發票。 發票中的金額是由該月已退房晚數的總收益乘以指定百分比計算而成。 換句話說,按照該月份內之Agoda增長計劃的「每張訂單費用」總額,你會向Agoda繳付一筆過的營銷服務費用。 如果選擇每月發票,系統會指示你選擇發票繳款方式: 銀行轉帳或ePass自動扣款。 在完成選擇付款方式之前,你亦需要填寫住宿賬單詳情,包括實體名稱實體地址

  7. 點擊確認登記,完成Agoda增長計劃的申請流程。 

我可在哪裡查看住宿在Agoda增長計劃上的表現? 

要查看正在進行的Agoda增長活動的表現,請前往: YCS >> 增長計劃 >> 推廣活動。 然後,點擊推廣活動所在的行。 你會被帶往新頁面,看到該推廣活動的業績表現主選單。  在Agoda增長計劃表現主選單,你會看到以下資訊和數據: 

  • 概覽:  
    • Agoda增長計劃方案、每張訂單費用、收款方式和付款方式 
  • 提升後排名 (以平均計) 
    • 你在加入Agoda增長計劃後所得到的排名總計,除以推廣活動期間的訪客人數。 
  • 廣告支出回報率 (ROAS) 
    • 來自已退房訂單的總收益,除以你在加入Agoda增長計劃後所付的開支。 
  • 每月業績:  
    • 客房晚數  
      • 來自全部訂單的總入住晚數,所有相關渠道皆計算在內。 你可參考圖例,細閱圖表上所示的資料。

    • 曝光次數

    • 數據包括: 城市搜尋概覽;房價和排名比較 (可按照最低售價、平均每日房價或排名篩選);提前預訂時間;以及入住晚數。 
  • 競爭對手價格洞察報告 
    • 在Agoda增長計劃表現主選單頁面,點擊位於推廣活動橫額之下的文字連結。 
    • 數據包括: 最便宜房型的7天平均最低房價;競爭對手和相似住宿每日價格比較;以及價格差異概覽和分析。

為確保Agoda增長計劃成效,實現理想表現,請花點時間檢視你住宿在YCS的內容評分 (YCS >> 業績表現 >> 數據分析 >> 內容評分),按需要調整內容。   除了透過Agoda增長計劃享用首選合作夥伴徽章並提升曝光度,顧客亦會分析你的住宿並與競爭對手比較,從而作出最終決定。 以下的因素會影響顧客決定:價格、優惠、住宿品質、真實評價和取消政策。 我們鼓勵所有合作夥伴住宿多加考慮這些因素,確保可以透過Agoda增長計劃帶來更佳的跨渠道推廣效果。

1. Which other growth programs should I join alongside Agoda Growth Program?

Your property may benefit from enhanced performance and cost savings when bundled with Agoda Growth Express (AGX), Sponsored Listing (SL), or Agoda Intelligence (AI) 

  • Agoda Growth Express
    Agoda Growth Express focuses on a more targeted approach to marketing solutions. These campaigns can be customized based on selected parameters, such as travel dates or customer origin. As such, the ranking boost from Agoda Growth Program is supplemented by Agoda Growth Express, ensuring that your multi-channel marketing is reaching the right customers at the right time. A primary benefit of Agoda Growth Express is that it is flexible and commitment-free, allowing you to edit or stop campaigns as needed in response to market changes or unexpected situations.
    Note that if you join Agoda Growth Program on the Premium plan, you will receive Agoda Growth Express credits to use as a payment method for Agoda Growth Express campaigns. Use these credits to get a head start on the added benefits of bundling Agoda Growth Express with Agoda Growth Program!

Sponsored Listing
When you join Agoda Growth Program on the Standard or Premium plan, you may notice an offer for a 30% discount on Sponsored Listing. Sponsored Listing guarantees a specific placement in the Top 3 or Top 15 search results on any Agoda platform (website and app) and can be customized to target specific search terms and/or locations. Sponsored Listing can be strategically applied at times you need it most – often recommended for local holidays, international events, peak global travel periods, or to promote new developments at your property.   • Agoda Intelligence
    One of the primary benefits of our Agoda Intelligence program is a commission reduction. As Agoda Growth Program is paid by an increase in commission, the Agoda Intelligence program essentially provides a discount on Agoda Growth Program through its offering of a reduced commission amount. Bundling Agoda Growth Program + Agoda Intelligence allows you to offset your incremental costs while still benefiting from multi-channel marketing solutions. Through the bundle offer, the cost per booking rates of each Agoda Growth Plan (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are reduced by 1% (offered as a commission rebate).
    Agoda Intelligence also offers automated rate optimization and advanced rate management tools to strengthen your pricing strategy. By scanning your prices across multiple platforms and automatically adjusting your rates for optimal performance, Agoda Intelligence ensures that your best possible rates are always displayed to potential customers. With Agoda Growth Program providing increased visibility and Agoda Intelligence ensuring optimized pricing, your impressions and engagement will lead to higher conversion rates and revenue. Note that Agoda Intelligence rate adjustments are fully transparent and can be disputed if deemed necessary. 
2. My free 2-week trial is ending soon. How can I opt-out of continuing this campaign?

If you joined Agoda Growth Program through the Try it free option on YCS, and would like to opt-out of automatically continuing your campaign, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on your current AGP campaign. This will redirect you to the Agoda Growth Program performance dashboard, where you will see a Delete Campaign button. Click on the button to opt-out of continuing your AGP campaign. 

3. How can I pause or deactivate Agoda Growth Program?

If there is an issue with your Agoda Growth Program campaign, or you encounter outstanding circumstances which make it necessary to pause or deactivate prior to the completion of the 90-day mandatory participation period, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods. 

If you have already completed the 90-day mandatory participation period, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods to request to opt-out. 

4. Can Agoda manage growth programs on my behalf?

Agoda cannot manage the Agoda Growth Program on your behalf. To ensure continued success throughout your campaign, we recommend monitoring the performance through YCS on a regular basis. If there are any issues with your Agoda Growth Program campaign, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods.

5. Who can I contact if there is an issue with my Agoda Growth Program campaign?

If there is an issue with your Agoda Growth Program campaign, or you encounter outstanding circumstances which make it necessary to pause or deactivate prior to the completion of the 90-day mandatory participation period, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods. 

6. How do I know which bookings were made through the Agoda Growth Program campaign?

All bookings made after the campaign’s effective date and throughout the duration of the campaign will be considered as Agoda Growth Program bookings. The only exception is bookings made with Beds Network static rates. 

7. Can I change my Agoda Growth Program payment method after joining?

If you need to change your AGP payment method after joining, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods. Note that all requests to change Agoda Growth Program payment methods are subject to approval.

Growth programs, including Agoda Growth Program, are considered as marketing solutions. 

Promotions, including Essential, Seasonal, and Targeted, are considered as customer discounts. 

Activating promotions that are relevant to your property’s business needs will further complement your participation in Agoda Growth Program as your best prices will be presented to an expanded audience. The increased visibility and reach offered through Agoda Growth Program then improves your opportunities for conversion, as a higher percentage of customers book your property.
