Agoda为客人提供即时预订。因此,始终保持您的价格和房量处于最新状态非常重要。只有满足以下所有条件,您的住宿方可在我们的网站和app上供客人预订:
- 住宿处于可订状态;
- 至少有一间客房可订;
- 所有可订客房均已加载价格。
如何查看已确认的订单
您可以通过电子邮件、YCS或渠道管理系统查看已确认的订单。每种查看方式的具体说明如下:
- 电子邮件
客人创建订单后,预订确认凭证将发送至您的注册邮箱地址。
- 您的注册邮箱地址在YCS“联系方式”页面的“订阅”>>“预订”栏设置。
您可以添加多个注册邮箱地址,用于接收预订确认凭证。
- YCS
- 前往YCS >>“订单管理”>>“查看订单”。
- 设置相关条件并点击“搜索”。
- 预订编码的颜色表示订单状态。订单确认后,预订编码的颜色将变成绿色。
- 如果订单已取消,预订编码将以红色显示。
- 如果订单已确认,预订编码将以绿色显示。
- 渠道管理系统(仅适用于您的住宿接入渠道管理系统的情况)
即使您的住宿接入了渠道管理系统,Agoda仍会以电子邮件的形式发出订单确认通知。有时候,您可能会收到来自Agoda的预订确认通知,但渠道管理系统上没有收到。最常见的原因如下:
1. 可能的原因:渠道管理系统的请求API不覆盖该预订时间段。
解决办法:请直接联系您的渠道管理系统,以了解更多信息。
2. 可能的原因:技术问题/网络连接错误。
解决办法:针对使用Hint的合作伙伴,Agoda会尝试推送3次订单通知。若仍无法顺利推送,我们会以邮件形式将通知发送至您的渠道管理系统。对于不使用Hint的合作伙伴,在连接恢复后,您的渠道管理系统需要向Agoda发送新的请求。
如何获悉订单
Agoda的订单均为即时确认,但我们需要合作伙伴完成额外的步骤,以确保住宿方知晓有新的订单。如需获悉订单通知,请按照以下步骤操作:
1. 前往YCS>>“订单管理”。
2. 点击“查看订单”。
3. 设置相关条件并点击“搜索”。
4. 点击“尚未获悉 ”按钮。随后将弹出一个窗口,要求您输入确认代码:此代码可以是贵住宿订房部使用的内部代码,也可以是能帮助您在自己的系统中识别该订单的相关注释、词语或编号。例如,获悉代码可能是房间号或预订代理的名字。

为了让您更好地理解预订确认凭证,请参看以下示例表单细项:请注意,Agoda收款和住宿收款预订确认凭证之间唯一的区别是右上角有关付款状态的信息。
