住宿設施對你的預訂帶來重要影響,是吸引潛在顧客選擇你住宿的關鍵因素。最受顧客歡迎的設施服務都顯示在Agoda搜尋篩選條件中,因此在YCS上更新這些項目,可確保你的住宿在搜尋結果中更引人注目。但有時候,錯誤的設定可能會顯示不正確的資訊。

 

Crossed-out facilities

If a facility/service is not offered at your property, you can deactivate it in YCS and it will not be shown at all. However, your property page may still show the unavailable facility in a lighter color and crossed out, as shown below.

The crossed-out facilities remain on the property page as our analytics show that customers prefer to have some facilities and services displayed as unavailable, including, but not limited, to “pets allowed,” “elevator,” and others.

If you find that your deactivated facilities/services are not crossed out on your property page, please contact us for further assistance.

 

 

 

Airport transfer

 

If you do not want airport transfer shown in the highlighted section, simply untick or adjust the amount for “Airport transfer available” in YCS:

  1. Navigate to YCS >> Property >> Property Settings.
  2. Click on Locations and then Transfer information.
  3. Tick or untick the box next to Airport transfer available. If this is ticked, Airport transfer will show as available on your property page.
  4. If you choose to tick Airport transfer available, please input or adjust the cost in the provided field.
  5. After your changes have been made, click Save.

 

 

 

Free Wi-Fi

There are 2 free wi-fi facilities available as options for your property.

Free Wi-Fi, with a dash (“-“)

  1. This service is available to select in YCS >> Property >> Property Settings >> Facilities >> Property Services >> Internet >> Free Wi-Fi in all rooms!
  2. If you would like to remove this service from the room information, click the X on the Free Wi-Fi in all rooms! box.
  3. After your changes have been made, click Save.

Free WiFi, without a dash (“-“)

  1.  This benefit is available to select under YCS >> Rates and availability >> Rate plans.
  2.  Please edit the WiFi benefits available for each active rate plan:
    – Click the individual rate plan to open it;
    – Click on the Benefits tab;
    – Tick or untick the Free WiFi box
  3. After your changes have been made, click Save.

 

 

 

 

Free breakfast

 

There are 2 free breakfast facilities that can be updated on YCS.

Room level

  1. This benefit is available to select under YCS >> Rates and availability >> Rate plans.
  2. Please edit the Breakfast benefits available for each active rate plan
    – Click the individual rate plan to open it;
    – Click on the Benefits tab;
    – Tick or untick the Breakfast box
  3. After your changes have been made, click Save.
  4. The room benefit will show on the property page in the pricing grid for each specific rate plan you setup, as shown below:

Property level

If free breakfast is applied to all rooms and all rate plans, including “Room Only” rate plans, you can set this up as a property service in YCS.

  1. This service is available to select in YCS >> Property >> Property Settings >> Facilities >> Property Services >> Dining, drinking and snacking.

    Note that you may need to click the blue circle on the header bar to move to the right until you see the Dining, drinking and snacking tab. Or, you can scroll down until you see Dining, drinking and snacking as a section title.

  2. To include this service in the room information, ensure the Breakfast [free] box is green. If not, click on the check mark to activate it.
  3. If you would like to remove this service from the room information, click the X on the Breakfast [free] box.
  4. After your changes have been made, click Save.

The Breakfast [free] property setting will then be display on your property page, as shown below.

Active room facilities in the “Available in all rooms” section

If any active room facilities are not showing up, or non-active room facilities are shown as active, please check that these facilities have been updated property for all room types on YCS.

One possible cause is that there are inactive room types with these room facilities still stored on YCS.

  • If your property is inactive for temporary renovation or maintenance, you can remove all room facilities on the inactive room type(s) and update them again when you reactivate your property.
  • If the inactive room type is a room that is no longer available or is not sold anymore, please contact us for further assistance.
