Agoda快捷增長計劃 (又稱AGX) 是我們最具彈性的增長工具,讓你以全盤掌握建立多個推廣活動,提升住宿曝光度。 有了Agoda快捷增長計劃,你就可實現靈活定位,在最有需要時向目標旅客推廣。 不少合作夥伴住宿在設計Agoda快捷增長計劃推廣活動時都會精心安排時間,同時參考智能估算結果,了解推廣住宿所需的預算。  Agoda快捷增長計劃幫助了很多Agoda合作住宿,帶來更佳曝光度和訂房表現,成效有目共賭! 加入了Agoda快捷增長計劃的合作夥伴有以下實績: 

    • +28% 客房晚數增長 
    • +20% 收益增長 
    • +36% 曝光次數增長 

資料取自啟用了AGX至少30天的住宿,由2024年2月1日起計。 我們恕未能保證預計增長幅度。  如要加入,請先設定Agoda快捷增長計劃的推廣活動預算,然後按照目標定位自訂各項詳情。 我們會以漸進式佣金的方式收取預算費用 (與標準合約佣金分開計算)。這種計算模式簡稱「每張訂單費用」。 由於Agoda快捷增長計劃是以對準指定目標的方式運作,你只需要繳付因推廣優惠而產生的每張已退房訂單費用。  Agoda快捷增長計劃的「每張訂單費用」只適用於已完成退房手續的訂單,絕無隱藏費用。 不論付款方式為何,我們都不會就取消了的訂單收取佣金 (如果你選擇以代用金付款,我們會把「每張訂單費用」退還給你)。 不想影響平均每日房價 (ADR) 的住宿可選擇預購代用金,把其用作Agoda快捷增長計劃推廣優惠的付款方式。 代用金亦可在參與其他推廣活動 (例如Agoda增長計劃) 例如時賺得。 想知更多關於結合增長計劃和推廣活動的資訊,請參閱常見問答: 除了Agoda快捷增長計劃,我還應該加入哪些其他增長計劃? 我們還有「一按獲得最大曝光度」安排,為你帶來更強效益。 你可選擇把Agoda快捷推廣優惠與其他推廣優惠疊加,迎合在搜尋時採用重疊條件的旅客;亦可雙倍出價,吸引旅客在入住前7日內預訂。

  • 定位推廣活動 對準目標客群,配合當地或環球旅遊趨勢。 透過突出重點日期的針對式推廣,在季節性旺季時段帶來高峰預訂機會,並於節慶、當地重要活動時把握需求上升的良機。 你可把目標對準來自不同地區的國際旅客,或主力於尋找Staycation住宿的本地旅客。 你又可指定提前預訂時間,吸引最後時刻預訂,或在週末和平日使用兩套不同的推廣活動。 
  • 操作更靈活 建立多樣活動,主打各類型的受眾旅客或時間範圍。 利用數據主導的洞察分析來了解和預測客人的預訂行為,帶來進一步效益。 你可全面掌控廣告開支,以市場情報幫助住宿再創高峰。 推廣優惠可以隨時停止,運行時間長短亦可隨意調整。 
  • Agoda曝光度和搜尋排名更佳 想在Agoda搜尋結果頁面大幅提高住宿曝光度?Agoda快捷增長計劃幫到你。 隨著排名提升,你吸引客人眼光的能力便會更高,有助接觸更多用戶。 曝光度改善不單會帶動住宿排名上升,更可惠及轉換率,幫助你賺得更多。 

如何加入Agoda快捷增長計劃 (AGX)? 

  1. 前往YCS >> 增長計劃 >> Agoda快捷增長 (AGX) 
  2. 選擇預設百分比或自訂預算,為推廣活動劃定預算。 你選擇的百分比會用來計算漸進式佣金,亦即「每張訂單費用」。你可以在右邊看到預計曝光次數、客房晚數和收益提升的實時預測。這預測會隨著你在表格中輸入不同的設定 (包括預算選項) 而變化。 
  3. 選擇投放目標詳情,包括入住日期、旅客來源地、提前預訂時間和平日/週末設定。 所有詳情會預設為「全部」。如你想更改有關詳情,請取消剔選方格以查閱自訂選項: 
    • 入住日期針對指定入住日期加強排名,不設推廣活動日數下限。 提提你:不妨利用這項詳情來提升住宿在長週末期間的排名! 在日曆中選擇合適日期,或剔選所有住宿日期
    • 旅客來源地以IP目標定位工具對準核心市場或指定客群。 提提你:利用這項詳情,你可在節日期間針對指定國家/地區加強推廣! 你可以選擇外地旅客亞洲入境旅客本地旅客,亦可以自選國家/地區或剔選所有旅客來源地
    • 提前預訂時間提前預訂時間可以助你吸引最後一刻訂單或高價值預訂。 提提你:不妨利用這項詳情把目標對準提前預訂時間較長的搜尋,加強庫存管理! 你可在下拉式選單設定提前預訂時間,選項有少於……天/星期超過……天/星期 你亦可在輸入欄位中自行決定提早預訂的天數/週數 (可隨意調校)。 如你並不打算指定提早預訂時間,請剔選所有提前預訂時間
    • 平日/週末在平日或週末期間吸引更多訂單,提升入住率。 提提你:你可利用「平日/週末」詳情,吸引商務客以至抵價格延長入住日期! 你可選擇平日 (即星期日、一、二、三和四) 或週末 (即星期五和六),亦可剔選所有日子
  4. 選擇付款方式 我們有兩種付款方式可供選擇: 「從訂單扣款」和「代用金」。 想維持平均每日房價 (ADR) 在一定水平的住宿可選擇預購代用金,把其用作Agoda快捷增長計劃推廣優惠的付款方式。
    • 從訂單扣款 每張訂單的費用將從每次預訂的應付金額中扣除。 當你在YCS確認可收款訂單的金額,我們會自動扣除Agoda快捷增長計劃的每張訂單費用。 此項安排只適用於符合推廣活動條件的訂單。
    • 代用金 在「代用金」付款方式之下,我們會在預購代用金中扣除每張訂單的費用。 你的代用金餘額會在該畫面顯示,另設有增值選項。 點擊增值按鈕即可預購代用金,接受銀行轉帳、ePass扣款或信用卡付款。 代用金購買後約需2至10日送抵你的帳戶。因此,如你選擇的付款方式是「代用金」,請等待相關過程完成後才繼續設定推廣活動。 就「代用金」付款方式來說,我們會在代用金耗盡時自動停止推廣活動。 雖然如此,你仍可剔選方格,在代用金耗盡時改用「從訂單扣款」方式,確保推廣活動持續進行。
  5. 如有折扣碼,請在文字欄位中輸入折扣碼,然後按套用
  6. 來到最後一步,你可選擇一按獲得最大曝光度。 「一按獲得最大曝光度」有兩種模式:
    • 將此推廣活動與其他優惠疊加,收穫最高效益
    • 提升一倍佣金以吸引最後時刻預訂旅客 這選項只會在你選擇了「全部」提前預訂時間時才會顯示
  7. 剔選方格以同意條款及細則,然後再按檢視詳情以預覽你就推廣活動作出的最終選擇。 
  8. 請小心檢查每張訂單費用目標定位付款方式是否正確。 如需要更改選擇,你可以點擊右上角的返回。 確認推廣活動細節無誤後,請點擊建立推廣活動按鈕,完成登記Agoda快捷增長計劃。 

我可在哪裡查看住宿在Agoda快捷增長計劃上的表現? 

要查看正在進行的Agoda快捷增長活動的表現,請前往: YCS >> 增長計劃>> 推廣活動 然後,點擊Agoda快捷增長推廣活動所在的行,查看相關表現數據。  在Agoda快捷增長計劃表現主選單,你會看到以下資訊和數據: 

  • 概覽: 
    • 推廣活動名稱、號碼、每張訂單費用和收款方式 
  • 目標定位: 
    • 目標定位,你會看到在設定推廣活動期間所定下的目標定位詳情。 你的住宿將針對符合這些條件的旅客推廣。  
    • 覆蓋度是指與過去3個月在你所在城市訂房的旅客相比,此Agoda快捷增長推廣活動將定位之旅客百分比。 如你打算編輯 (而不是刪除) 推廣活動,請選擇「刪除全部目標定位」。 
  • 業績表現: 
    • 提升後排名是指目標用戶在Agoda各平台 (網站和App) 的搜尋結果頁面中看到你住宿的中位數排名。 
    • 客房晚數是指符合推廣活動條件的全部已預訂入住晚數。 
    • 收益是指扣減推廣方案所帶來訂單之佣金後的淨收入總額。 
    • 價錢是指符合推廣活動條件的總預訂費用。 
    • 曝光次數是指用戶在搜尋結果頁上看到你住宿的次數。 
    • 點擊次數是指用戶在搜尋結果頁上看到你住宿後點擊的次數 (點擊率則是由曝光轉化成點擊的比率)。 
    • 訂單量是指符合推廣活動條件的訂單數量 (轉換率則是點擊轉化為實際訂單的百分比)。 

轉換率可幫助你得知 ROAS (廣告支出回報率),從而決定推廣活動的設定方式是否適合你的住宿。 如轉換率太低,你可考慮更改部分推廣活動條件,以從Agoda快捷增長計劃汲取更多好處。 

  • 你會在表現數據下方看到這些文字連結: 
    • 下載推廣活動表現 (.csv檔案格式) 
    • 下載推廣活動訂單 (.csv檔案格式) 
    • 編輯推廣活動 在「編輯推廣活動」,你可以變更推廣活動名稱、調整出價預算,並更改投放目標詳情。 
    • 刪除活動 
  • 進階選項 
    • 歡迎啟用疊加功能,把Agoda快捷增長推廣活動與其他已啟用的優惠疊加,收穫最高效益。 
    • 你可以使用代用金為Agoda快捷增長推廣活動付款 (如適用)。 請留意,代用金耗盡後,付款方式將變回「從訂單扣款」。 

住宿可如何改善在Agoda快捷增長計劃上的表現? 

為確保Agoda快捷增長計劃成效,實現理想表現,請花點時間檢視你住宿在YCS的內容評分 (YCS >> 業績表現 >> 數據分析 >> 內容評分),按需要調整內容。   除了透過Agoda快捷增長計劃實現目標營銷,顧客亦會分析你的住宿並與競爭對手比較,從而作出最終決定。 以下的因素會影響顧客決定:價格、優惠、住宿品質、真實評價和取消政策。 我們鼓勵所有合作夥伴住宿應考慮這些因素,確保可以透過Agoda快捷增長計劃帶來更佳推廣效果。 其他實用建議: 

    • 把空房量和價格保持在最新狀態 (如你設定了具時間特性的推廣活動詳情,這點尤其重要); 
    • 善用推廣活動設定頁面中所示的表現預測,確保推廣活動具競爭能力; 
    • 設立適用於所有入住日期的開放式推廣活動。這類推廣活動的長期成效往往較佳; 
    • 建立多個Agoda快捷增長推廣活動,每個推廣活動分別針對不同的時間範圍或客人來源地; 
    • 把Agoda快捷增長推廣活動與其他市場營銷方案疊加; 
    • 提升一倍佣金以吸引最後時刻預訂旅客,同時選用全部提前預訂時間

1. Which other growth programs should I join alongside Agoda Growth Express?

Your property may benefit from enhanced performance and cost savings when bundled with Agoda Growth Program (AGP) or Agoda Intelligence (AI). 

  • Agoda Growth Program
    Agoda Growth Program is a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing solution. As Agoda Growth Program has a more broad-based and general marketing reach, it can be strategically beneficial to stack Agoda Growth Express at specific times to enhance the benefits of both marketing solutions. However, long-term participation is recommended for Agoda Growth Program in order to maximize the gains in impressions, revenue, and room night growth.
    Through Agoda Growth Program, you will be awarded with a Preferred Partner badge, visible on your property listing on both the Search Results page and Property Page. Joining Agoda Growth Program on the Premium plan will also activate a one-time award of Agoda Growth Express credits to use as your payment method when setting up an AGX campaign. 
  • Agoda Intelligence
    One of the primary benefits of our Agoda Intelligence program is a commission reduction. Activating Agoda Intelligence alongside Agoda Growth Express allows you to offset your incremental costs while still benefiting from targeted marketing solutions. Furthermore, Agoda Intelligence tools can provide valuable, data-driven insights into customer behavior and market trends, helping you to better optimize your AGX campaign targeting parameters for improved performance.
    Agoda Intelligence also offers automated rate optimization and advanced rate management tools to strengthen your pricing strategy. By scanning your prices across multiple platforms and automatically adjusting your rates for optimal performance, Agoda Intelligence ensures that your best possible rates are always displayed to potential customers. With Agoda Growth Express providing increased visibility and Agoda Intelligence ensuring optimized rates, your impressions and engagement will lead to higher conversion rates and revenue. Note that Agoda Intelligence rate adjustments are fully transparent and can be disputed if deemed necessary. 
2. How can I pause or deactivate my Agoda Growth Express campaign?

Agoda Growth Express campaigns cannot be paused, but you can delete a campaign in order to deactivate it. If you would like to restart a specific AGX campaign, you will need to create a new campaign with the same settings. 

If you have selected credits as your payment method, your campaign will be paused in the event that your credits run out and you have not turned on the option to switch to payout reduction. In this case, your campaign will re-activate automatically once you load more credits. 

3. Can Agoda manage growth programs on my behalf?

Agoda cannot manage Agoda Growth Express campaigns on your behalf. To ensure continued success throughout your campaign, we recommend monitoring the performance through YCS on a regular basis. If there are any issues with your Agoda Growth Express campaign, please contact us via the YCS Need Help Button or other methods.

5. How do I know which bookings were made through the Agoda Growth Express campaign?

Navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on the row that shows the AGX campaign for which you would like to view the generated bookings. On the campaign performance dashboard, find the Download campaign bookings text link button (below the performance data) and click to download the .csv file. This report will provide comprehensive data on the specific bookings that were generated as a result of this specific AGX campaign. 

6. Can I add a custom name to my Agoda Growth Express campaigns?

To add a custom name to your Agoda Growth Express campaign, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on the row that shows the AGX campaign for which you would like to edit the name. On the campaign performance dashboard, find the Edit campaign text link button (below the performance data) and click to open the campaign details. 

On the Edit campaign page, click the pencil icon that appears next to the AGX campaign name. Type in your custom name and click Done. If you do not need to edit any other campaign details, click Save changes. 

7. Can I change my Agoda Growth Express payment method after creating my campaign?

If you have selected the payout reduction payment method, you may choose to finance your campaign with credits after the campaign has started. To do so, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on the row that shows the AGX campaign for which you would like to change your payment method. 

Scroll down on the page to the Advanced options section. If you have an available credits balance, the toggle for financing this campaign with credits will be activated. Click to turn on the option, noting that once credits run out, your campaign payment method will revert back to payout reduction. 

Note that if you have AGX credits that you would like to use before switching to payout reduction, you can choose credits as your payment method and ensure that the option to switch to payout reduction when credits run out is turned on. In this case, your credits will be used in full before your payment method is switched over to payout reduction. More detail is provided in the section: How can I join Agoda Growth Express? 

8. Can I change my Agoda Growth Express budget after creating my campaign?

Yes, you can edit your Agoda Growth Express budget by adjusting your bid amount. To do so, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on the row that shows the AGX campaign for which you would like to change your budget. On the campaign performance dashboard, find the Edit campaign text link button (below the performance data) and click to open the campaign details. In the Ranking Boost section, slide the blue dot along the grey line to adjust your bid percentage. Once you have selected your updated budget amount, click Save changes. 

9. Can I change my targeting parameters after creating an Agoda Growth Express campaign?

Yes, you can edit your targeting parameters after creating and starting an Agoda Growth Express campaign. To do so, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on the row that shows the AGX campaign for which you would like to edit the targeting parameters. On the campaign performance dashboard, find the Edit campaign text link button (below the performance data) and click to open the campaign details. On the Edit campaign page, click the arrow next to Targeting to expand the section. Once you have made your desired changes, click Save changes. 

10. How will Agoda Growth Express impact my active promotions and discounts?

Agoda Growth Express helps to enhance the effectiveness of your other active promotions by ensuring that the targeted customers see the discounts being offered if their search has overlapping criteria. 

Growth programs, including Agoda Growth Express, are considered as marketing solutions. 

Promotions, including Essential, Seasonal, and Targeted, are considered as customer discounts. 

Activating promotions that are relevant to your property’s business needs will further complement your participation in Agoda Growth Express as your best prices will be presented in accordance with your campaign’s targeting parameters. The increased visibility and targeted reach offered through Agoda Growth Express then improve your opportunities for conversion, as a higher percentage of customers book your property.
