你可以無需密碼登入!用YCS App登入一次,即可保持登入狀態。同樣,你也可以使用App登入YCS網頁版——從而更為安全便捷地查看酒店住宿資訊。在本文中,我們將概述PIN碼的好處、其工作原理,以及如果你沒有收到帶PIN碼的郵件,應如何排除故障。 

為什麼用PIN碼代替密碼? 

  1. 出於YCS數據保護和數據安全考慮[Text Wrapping Break]比起使用可破解的密碼,PIN碼更為安全。因YCS中包含高度機密的資訊,確保這些資訊足夠安全至關重要 
  2. 單次登入功能[Text Wrapping Break]你僅需登入App一次,即可隨時保持登入狀態,還可使用App登入網頁版——並且再也不需要重新輸入密碼! 

 

PIN碼的工作原理是什麼? 

  • 使用你的用戶名稱(電子郵箱)登入YCS 

  • 你可以勾選「記住我的帳號」,確保系統記住你的用戶名稱 
  • 點擊「下一步」後,會出現一個窗口,讓你選擇自己偏好的PIN碼接收方式。 

 

透過YCS App接收PIN 

  • 選擇YCS App選項,然後點擊「發送PIN碼」按鈕。 
  • 你將看到一個彈出窗口。如果你尚未下載App,可掃描QR碼進行下載。如你已安裝YCS App,可點擊「發送PIN碼至YCS APP」。 

  • 你的手機上會顯示YCS App通知。 

YCS窗口輸入PIN 

  1. 你可以選擇「保持登入狀態」,這樣,在你以後打開YCS時,系統會自動使用你的用戶名稱登入 
  2. 點擊「登入」按鈕。 

 

过电子邮箱接收验证 

  • 選擇郵箱選項,然後點擊「發送PIN碼」按鈕。 
  • PIN碼會在5分鐘內發至你的電子郵箱。 

  • 前往你的郵箱獲取PIN碼,然後在YCS窗口輸入。 
  • 你可以選擇「保持登入狀態」,這樣,在你以後打開YCS時,系統會自動使用你的用戶名稱登入 
  • 點擊「登入」按鈕。 

我為什麼收不到PIN碼? 

如果你選擇將PIN碼發送至郵箱: 

  • Agoda的通用郵箱不在你的安全發件人名單中,這可能導致郵件被歸類為垃圾或濫發郵件。 
  • 你的瀏覽器不兼容。 
  • Agoda的通用郵箱被你的電郵服務供應商屏蔽。 

如果你選擇發送PIN碼至App 

  • 你的YCS App登入用戶名稱和網頁版輸入的用戶名稱不同 
  • 你的流動設備未啟用或限制了YCS App的推送通知。 

 

如何排除故障? 

如果选择发送验证码至邮箱 

  • 新增no-reply@agoda.com至你郵箱的安全寄件者名單 
  • 清除瀏覽器cookies、緩存和歷史記錄。   
  • 根據你所使用的瀏覽器,步驟可能有所不同;你可以在網上搜尋特定瀏覽器的使用說明。   
  • 點擊YCS登入頁面的「PIN碼未有收到或有問題?」請求新PIN碼,然後點擊「以電郵發送新的PIN碼」按鈕。 

 

  • 如果還是有問題,請嘗試換另一個瀏覽器登入YCS 
  • 此外,你也可以使用YCS App接收PIN碼。 

 

Outlook  

  • 在「常用」標籤的「删除」欄,點擊「垃圾郵件」,然後點擊「垃圾郵件選項」 

  • 在「安全的寄件者」標籤下,新增no-reply@agoda.com 
  • 勾選「自動新增我曾經寄信的對象至安全寄件者清單」。 
  • 點擊「確定」 

 

Hotmail 

  • 打開Hotmail戶,然後點擊選項」。該按鈕位於右上角。 
  • 選擇「安全寄件者」並新增no-reply@agoda.com 

  

Google 

  • 前往你的Google 
  • 點擊「Apps」按鈕,然後選擇「聯絡人」——頁面將轉至Google聯絡人,然後再次點擊「建立聯絡人」。 

    

  • 點擊「建立聯絡人」,你將看到彈出窗口打開。請新增no-reply@agoda.com然後點擊「儲存」。 

 

 

如果你選擇發送PIN碼至App 

  • 確保你的YCS App登入用戶名稱和網頁版輸入的用戶名稱相同 
  • 啟用YCS App的推送通知 
  • iOS 
  • Android 
  • 點擊YCS登入頁面的「PIN碼未有收到或有問題?」請求新PIN碼,然後點擊「以電郵發送新的PIN碼」按鈕。 

 

常見問答 

如果我登入YCS網頁版,然後登出,是否仍需要輸入PIN碼?   

是的,如果你登出,頁面將會過期。為確保安全,你需要新PIN碼以再次登入。 

操作頁面會過期嗎? 

會,最長閒置時間為6小時。6小時後,如果你關閉瀏覽器,然後再次打開並進入YCS,你需要使用新的PIN碼重新登入。 

如果還是收不到PIN碼,該怎麼辦? 

你可以查詢電郵服務供應商,查看其是否屏蔽了來自Agoda的郵件。
