Apa itu promosi?

Promosi adalah inisiatif pemasaran yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pesanan melalui peningkatan visibilitas. Promosi dapat mencakup penempatan dan periklanan strategis di Agoda, penawaran khusus atau diskon untuk pelanggan, dan upaya pemasaran lainnya.

Jenis promosi

Agoda menawarkan beragam promosi, yang memberi Anda alat dan fleksibilitas untuk menarik audiens yang lebih luas, menawarkan harga strategis selama musim puncak perjalanan, atau mempromosikan properti Anda untuk acara-acara khusus. Promosi dapat diaktifkan dari masing-masing dari 3 jenis promosi:

  1. Promosi Musiman: Kampanye promosi yang menyasar wisatawan selama acara atau hari libur tertentu.
  2. Promosi Penting: Promosi yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Anda.
  3. Promosi Bertarget: Promosi yang menyasar kelompok wisatawan tertentu berdasarkan 5 kategori: Produk, Loyalitas, Geografi, Platform, dan Beds Network.

Bagaimana promosi dapat ditumpuk

Jenis promosi dapat ditumpuk, seperti yang diuraikan di bawah ini, sehingga membantu Anda memberikan harga yang kompetitif dan mendorong pemesanan. Penumpukan diterapkan sesuai dengan ketentuan setiap promosi, termasuk kelayakan pelanggan.

  • Promosi Musiman: Promosi Musiman dapat ditumpuk dengan Promosi Penting dan/atau Promosi Bertarget. Jika Anda mengaktifkan lebih dari satu promosi Musiman, harap diperhatikan bahwa promosi tersebut tidak dapat ditumpuk bersama-sama dan hanya satu promosi Musiman yang akan diterapkan pada satu waktu. Misalnya, jika Anda menyiapkan Diskon Tahun Baru dan Rabu Seru dan pelanggan memenuhi syarat untuk keduanya, sistem hanya akan menerapkan promosi yang menawarkan harga paling kompetitif.
  • Promosi Penting: Promosi Penting dapat ditumpuk dengan promosi Musiman dan/atau Bertarget. Jika Anda mengaktifkan lebih dari satu promosi Utama, harap diperhatikan bahwa promosi ini dapat diterapkan bersama-sama. Misalnya, jika pencarian pelanggan memenuhi syarat untuk promosi Pemesanan Awal dan Menginap Lama, diskon yang ditampilkan dapat ditumpuk (kedua promosi ditambahkan bersama-sama).
  • Promosi Bertarget: Promosi Bertarget dapat ditumpuk dengan promosi Musiman dan/atau Penting. Jika Anda mengaktifkan lebih dari satu promosi Bertarget, harap diperhatikan bahwa promosi ini hanya dapat diterapkan bersama jika berasal dari kategori yang berbeda. Kategori promosi yang ditargetkan meliputi Produk, Loyalitas, Geografi, Platform, dan Beds Network. Saat menyiapkan promosi Bertarget, klik Detail diskon channel bertumpuk untuk melihat kategori promosi dan diskon maksimum yang akan ditawarkan saat ditumpuk dengan promosi Bertarget aktif lainnya. Ringkasan perhitungan yang ditunjukkan pada Detail diskon channel bertumpuk tidak akan menyertakan promosi Musiman dan Penting Anda yang aktif.
