Apa yang dibutuhkan pelanggan Agoda untuk check-in

Berikut adalah checklist untuk membantu Anda memastikan bahwa pesanan telah terkonfirmasi sebelum tamu dapat check-in:

  • Voucher konfirmasi Agoda: Anda akan menerima voucher konfirmasi dari Agoda. Cek untuk memeriksa  jika ada komunikasi lainnya dari Agoda tentang segala perubahan dalam status pemesanan.
  • Konfirmasi pesanan: Pelanggan harus menunjukkan konfirmasi pesanan. Ini dapat berupa email atau voucher (salinan file/salinan cetak). Contohnya disediakan di bawah ini.
  • Verifikasi  kartu identitas berfoto: Pelanggan yang check in harus menunjukkan kartu identitas berfoto yang valid dan sesuai dengan nama pada konfirmasi pemesanan.

Semua pemesanan yang dilakukan melalui Agoda ditinjau dan diverifikasi untuk mencegah aktivitas penipuan. Jika ada yang tidak sesuai, harap segera hubungi Agoda sebelum mengizinkan tamu check-in menggunakan voucher.

Seperti apa bentuk voucher konfirmasi Agoda?

Berikut adalah contoh voucher konfirmasi yang diberikan Agoda ke properti saat pemesanan dikonfirmasi. Pastikan Anda telah menerimanya sebelum mengizinkan tamu untuk check-in.

Deposit keamanan 

  • Anda  disarankan untuk menarik deposit keamanan kamar dari tamu saat check-in,  yang  harus  dapat dikembalikan saat check-out,  untuk melindungi properti  dari  kerusakan .
  • Anda  mungkin  menambahkan  kebijakan  properti ke listing properti Agoda untuk memberi tahu pelanggan tentang kebijakan ini.
  • Agoda tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kerusakan yang terjadi pada  properti Anda  selama tamu  menginap.
  • Agoda tidak akan menarik deposit keamanan  atas nama  Anda.

1. Apa yang harus dilakukan jika tamu datang tetapi saya tidak dapat menemukan detail reservasi?
  • Anda dapat menghubungi Layanan Pelanggan Agoda untuk memeriksa status pemesanan.
  • Jika Anda mendapat pemberitahuan bahwa  status pemesanan  adalah  “dibatalkan”, harap minta tamu menghubungi Layanan Pelanggan Agoda untuk bantuan tambahan.
2. Apa yang harus saya lakukan jika tamu bersikeras untuk check-in tetapi tidak dapat memberikan kartu identitas berfoto yang valid dan sesuai dengan detail pemesanan?
