The photos displayed on your Agoda listing will include those you provide on YCS as well as any images you uploaded to Booking.com and Priceline. If you would like to manage photos that you did not add to YCS, please reach out to the respective partner for assistance.
Any changes made to your photos will be reflected on your Agoda listing within a few hours.
Adding and tagging property and room photos
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Property >> Photos.
- Click Add photo under the Property photos or under the room you want to update.
- Select and upload your photos.
- Once uploaded, tick the box on the photo and click Tags. Select multiple photos if you want to set the same tag.
- Select the tag, then click Tag photo.
Each photo can have one tag, which will appear alongside the photo on your Agoda listing. Tags also enable AI smart ordering to help maximize bookings.
Setting the photos guests see first
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Property >> Photos.
- Click on the photo you want to set as the main photo.
- Click Set as main photo.
Deleting photos
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Property >> Photos.
- Tick the box on each photo you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
