Pengenalan kepada pampasan Agoda

Agoda mengumpul pampasan daripada rakan kongsi hotel berdaftar kami. Pampasan ditetapkan berdasarkan lokasi setiap penginapan (bandar dan negara). Agoda berusaha untuk menjadi yang terbaik di pasaran dan komited untuk menawarkan harga terbaik kepada pelanggan kami. Untuk mencapai ini, kami menjalankan kempen dan mencipta pelan pemasaran untuk rakan kongsi kami bagi meningkatkan keterlihatan penginapan mereka dan potensi tempahan di pelbagai platform dalam talian. Pampasan Agoda juga akan dikira berdasarkan seting jenis diskaun penginapan anda dan jenis sambungan.

Bolehkah tahap pampasan dinaikkan?

Untuk tahap pampasan yang lebih tinggi, anda boleh memanfaatkan salah satu kempen paling intensif kami, iaitu program Agoda Growth Express (AGX). Program ini direka khusus untuk rakan kongsi yang ingin meningkatkan kedudukan penginapan mereka di Agoda dengan menaikkan tahap pampasan tanpa sebarang terma atau kontrak tambahan. Di manakah saya boleh melihat jumlah komisen untuk Kutipan Penginapan

Anda boleh memantau pembayaran Kutipan Penginapan masuk dan keluar anda di tab Kewangan. Halaman Semua Transaksi  akan sentiasa memaparkan semua tempahan beserta jumlah yang dibayar oleh pelanggan kepada anda dan jumlah komisen yang Agoda tolak untuk tempahan tersebut. Saya mempunyai penginapan yang terletak di 2 negara berbeza: Thailand dan Singapura. Saya ingin menstandardkan tahap pampasan bagi kedua-dua penginapan saya kepada 15%. Bagaimana untuk melakukannya?

Malangnya, kami tidak dapat menyeragamkan tahap pampasan bagi lokasi yang berbeza. Tahap pampasan berbeza mengikut lokasi kerana ia berdasarkan harga pemasaran dan perbelanjaan di setiap lokaliti individu.

Adakah jumlah komisen dipaparkan pada baucar tempahan?

Tidak, sama ada baucar mahupun halaman Tempahan tidak memaparkan komisen Kutipan Penginapan. Ia hanya kelihatan dalam Tab kewangan.

Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan jika saya mendapati jumlah komisen tidak betul dalam tab Kewangan?

Jumlah dalam ePass sentiasa sama dengan kadar komisen untuk memastikan anda mendapat harga asas yang betul untuk harga jualan anda. Jika anda masih mempunyai soalan, sila hubungi kami untuk bantuan selanjutnya.

Perlukah saya memindahkan jumlah komisen pada penyata kepada Agoda?

Tidak, Kutipan Penginapan tidak memerlukan pembayaran manual kepada Agoda. Jumlah komisen ditolak secara automatik daripada tempahan prabayar.
