Artikel ini menggariskan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pelanggan Agoda mendaftar masuk di penginapan anda, selain panduan mengenai deposit keselamatan dan cara menangani sebarang perbezaan yang mungkin timbul semasa proses daftar masuk.

Apakah yang diperlukan untuk pelanggan Agoda mendaftar masuk?

Berikut ialah senarai semak untuk membantu anda memastikan tempahan disahkan sebelum membenarkan tetamu mendaftar masuk:

  • Baucar pengesahan Agoda: Anda akan menerima baucar pengesahan daripada Agoda. Pastikan tiada komunikasi lain daripada Agoda mengenai sebarang perubahan dalam status tempahan.
  • Tempahan pengesahan: Pelanggan harus mengemukakan pengesahan tempahan. Pengesahan ini mungkin dalam bentuk e-mel atau baucar (soft copy/hard copy). Contoh disediakan di bawah.
  • Pengesahan ID Bergambar: Pelanggan yang mendaftar masuk harus mengemukakan ID bergambar yang sah dan sama dengan nama pada pengesahan tempahan.

Semua tempahan yang dibuat melalui Agoda akan disemak dan disahkan untuk mengelakkan sebarang aktiviti penipuan. Jika terdapat sebarang percanggahan, sila hubungi Agoda dengan segera sebelum membenarkan tetamu mendaftar masuk menggunakan baucar.

Bagaimanakah rupa baucar pengesahan Agoda?

Di bawah ialah contoh baucar pengesahan yang Agoda sediakan kepada penginapan apabila tempahan disahkan. Sila pastikan anda telah menerima baucar ini sebelum membenarkan tetamu mendaftar masuk.

Deposit keselamatan

  • Anda disarankan untuk mendapatkan deposit bilik daripada tetamu semasa daftar masuk, yang harus dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar, sebagai jaminan terhadap kerosakan penginapan.
  • Anda boleh menambah polisi penginapan pada penginapan Agoda anda untuk memaklumkan pelanggan mengenai polisi ini.
  • Agoda tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerosakan yang berlaku pada penginapan anda semasa tetamu menginap.
  • Agoda tidak akan mengutip deposit keselamatan bagi pihak anda.

1. Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan jika tetamu tiba tetapi saya tidak menemui sebarang butiran tempahan?
  • Anda boleh menghubungi Khidmat Pelanggan Agoda untuk menyemak status tempahan.
  • Jika anda dimaklumkan bahawa status tempahan adalah dibatalkan, sila arahkan tetamu untuk menghubungi Khidmat Pelanggan Agoda untuk bantuan lanjut.
2. Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan jika tetamu berkeras untuk mendaftar masuk tetapi gagal memberikan ID bergambar sah yang sama dengan butiran tempahan?
