Agoda currently has multiple payout methods to suit your needs, depending on your property type.

For hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes

For single-unit homes

How do I check my payout method? 

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Finance >> Payout accounts. 
3. Your payout method will be displayed at the top of the page.

What is a UPC (Unique Payment Card)? 

A UPC (Unique Payment Card) is a virtual credit card issued by Mastercard specifically for charging individual booking payouts. The transaction fees associated with using the UPC are covered by the property. Each UPC remains valid for 5 months from its creation date and is deactivated automatically after 150 days.

What is UPC on ePass? 

UPC on ePass (Electronic Payment Administration Self Service) allows partner properties to receive payouts for multiple bookings at once using a single-use virtual credit card (UPC). With ePass, you can easily manage and batch your booking payouts. 

How it works: 

• Create a payout batch for multiple bookings and receive the total amount on one virtual credit card. 
• Each UPC is valid for a single use, and you must charge the full batch amount at once. 
• The card must be charged within 24 hours of being issued. If it expires, you’ll need to wait 72 hours for a new card to be generated. 
• Payouts must be claimed within 150 days of the guest’s departure date. After that, the payout will no longer be available.
• Usage limitations: UPCs are specifically designed for charges via POS terminals under the default merchant category code (MCC), namely, Lodging – Hotels, Motels, Resorts, or Central Reservation Services businesses. As the UPC does not support 3Ds (3D secure authentication method) POS terminals, you will need a non-3Ds POS terminal to charge the UPC.

What is an Agoda E-Card (Plastic Card)? 

An Agoda E-Card is a physical credit card designed for charging payout batches that include multiple bookings. It is linked with ePass, an invoice system within YCS that allows you to manage booking payments. Please note: 

•  Agoda E-Cards can only be used to make charges through POS terminals categorized under Lodging – Hotels, Motels, Resorts, or Central Reservation Services. 
•  Agoda E-Cards cannot be used with POS terminals that require 3D Secure (3Ds) authentication. You’ll need a non-3Ds POS terminal to process these charges. 
• If you do not charge a booking payout within 150 days after its departure date, the earnings will no longer be available for you to claim.

What is bank transfer? 

Bank transfer, sometimes referred to as telex transfer, allows you to receive payouts directly to an approved bank account. It is managed through Payout accounts on YCS, providing a straightforward option for secure transactions. Please note: 

• Bank transfer is not available in all markets or currencies. 
• Bank transfer allows payouts directly into a registered and approved bank account. 
• If you do not charge a booking payout within 150 days after its departure date, the earnings will no longer be available for you to claim.
