Agoda currently has multiple payment types to suit your needs: Unique Payment Card (UPC), UPC on Electronic Payment Administration Self Service (e-Pass), e-Card (Physical MasterCard), and Bank or Telex transfer.

How do I check my payment methods?

1. Log into your YCS account >> Property.
2. Select Property Settings >> Property Information.
3. Under the General Information section, you will find your Payment Methods.

What is a Unique Payment Card (UPC)?

A Unique Payment Card (UPC) acts as a virtual credit card that’s used to charge each specific booking.

How do I check my Unique Payment Cad (UPC) details?

  1. Login your YCS account >> Bookings >> View bookings.

2. Select the range for Stay Date >> enter the Booking ID>>Click Search.

3. Choose the Booking you’d like to check.

4. Under Stay Info >> Click to view next to UPC for the card details.

How do Bank and Telex transfers work on Agoda?

Payments received via bank transfer will be processed through the registered bank account on YCS. You can submit single or multiple reservations under one batch using the Electronic Payment Administration Self Service (ePass) invoice system within YCS that allows you to manage booking payments.

Bank and Telex transfers are not available in all markets or currencies.
