What is the base rate?
Base rate refers to the amount hotels receive from each booking after subtracting Agoda’s compensation from the total amount paid by the guest, which is the sell rate.
How am I charged for compensation?
Compensation is the amount paid by the property to Agoda for Agoda’s services. The compensation amount is charged automatically by deducting the compensation amount from the total booking value before we make a payment to you.
