什麼是「免卡訂房」功能? 

如果你的住宿已經啟用了「住宿收款」模式,你可以選擇為顧客提供「免卡訂房」選項。「免卡訂房」的預訂和付款流程都和一般的「住宿收款」訂單相同。 

為什麼啟用「免卡訂房」功能? 

  • 因為可以獲得更多訂單!數據顯示:啟用「免卡訂房」功能,訂房轉換率更高。  
  • 吸引不想使用信用卡訂房的顧客!讓信用卡使用率較低的市場或顧客群體亦能預訂你的住宿。 

 

啟用「免卡訂房」有什麼優點? 

 

除了住宿收款模式的優點之外,為顧客提供「免卡訂房」選項還有以下好處:  

  • 擴展市場,觸及廣大的非信用卡使用者市場  
  • 預訂流程更方便、快速,訂單量增加高達15% 
  • Agoda DITS系統可以降低No-Show(未入住)風險 
  • 無需進行其他操作,或支付額外費用 
  • 可設定為永久或於特定期間啟用、設定暫停期間或平日限制,或僅針對特定地區顯示

啟用「免卡訂房」的住宿無須額外付費就能獲得曝光,而且能定位選擇了「免卡訂房」功能的顧客,有效提升住宿曝光度。 

 

 

DITS系統如何運作? 

  1. Agoda會在取消期間結束前12-72小時透過不同渠道(短訊、電郵、App、WhatsApp)提醒顧客,並請他們確認訂單。我們會多次傳送訊息,直到我們收到顧客的確認。 

 

  1. 我們會啟用風險評估系統,以調查未確認訂單的顧客(AI系統會調查顧客過去的訂房紀錄)。對於有很高機率No-Show的顧客,Agoda會在取消期限前自動取消他們的訂單,並同時傳送取消通知郵件給顧客和住宿方。 

 

 

我可以設定限制嗎? 

「免卡訂房」給你靈活度頗高的設定選項,如: 

  • 鎖定特定訂單類型: 
    • 所有預訂:對所有用戶顯示「免卡訂房」 
    • 最後時刻訂房:對最後一刻(預設值為入住前3天)搜尋住宿的用戶顯示「免卡訂房」 
    • 境內訂房:對位於你住宿境內的旅客顯示「免卡訂房」 
  • 啟用特定日期範圍: 
    • 永久 
    • 特定期間 
  • 增加其他顯示限制: 
    • 價格方案 
    • 渠道/顧客群體 
    • 房型 
    • 顧客類型 
    • 取消政策 
    • 暫停日期

為什麼我在優惠推廣中無法看到「免卡訂房」選項? 

只有在「住宿收款」功能啟用後,「免卡訂房」選項才會顯示。你可透過YCS的支援按鈕向Agoda住宿服務團隊傳送請求。
