숙소에서 이미 ‘숙소에 요금 지불‘ 방식을 설정한 경우아고다 투숙객에게 신용카드 없이 예약을 생성할  있는 옵션 제공을 선택할  있습니다예약  결제 방식은 일반적인 ‘숙소에 요금 지불‘  하는 방식과 동일합니다. 

숙소에 요금 지불 방식 – 신용카드 필요 없음  해야 하나요? 

  • 더 많은 예약을 위해서 입니다. 업계 데이터에 의하면 ‘신용카드 없이’ 예약 가능한 상품이 더 높은 예약 전환율을 보인다고 합니다.  
  • 신용카드 없이 예약하는 것을 선호하는 고객들에게 어필하세요! 신용카드 보급률이 낮은 연령대나 지역들에서도 숙소를 예약할 수 있을 것입니다. 

 

혜택은 무엇인가요? 

 

숙소에 요금 지불 방식으로 이미 받고 있는 혜택 외에 신용카드 없이 투숙객이 예약을 가능하게 하여 다음과 같은 보너스 혜택을 받을  있습니다 

  • 신용카드가 없는 투숙객을 대상으로  시장의 고객을 지원   있습니다  
  • 빠르고 간편하며 쉬운 예약을 통해 최대 15%까지 예약을 증가시킬  있습니다 
  • 아고다의 DITS(Discover Intent to Stay) 시스템으로 노쇼(No-Shows) 리스크를 줄일  있습니다. 
  • 숙소는 추가 비용이나 운영을 해야하지 않습니다. 
  • 영구적으로 혹은 특정 기간 동안 설정하거나 적용 불가 기간 또는 평일 제한  특정 국가/지역 고객을 대상으로 설정하여 유연성을 가질  있습니다.

DITS(Discover Intent to Stay) 시스템은 어떻게 운영되나요? 

단계 1:  

아고다는 취소 기간 12~72시간 전에 다양한 채널(SMS,이메일, 또는 왓츠앱)을 통해 투숙객이 예약을 확정하도록 연락합니다. 예약이 확정이 될 때까지 여러번의 메시지가 발송될 것입니다.  

 

단계 2:  

리스크 평가 시스템이 답신이 없는 투숙객에 대한 조사를 실시할 것입니다(AI 시스템이 투숙객의 과거 예약 히스토리를 조회합니다) 아고다는 숙소의 예약 취소기간에 도달하기 전에 노쇼(no-show)리스크가 큰 투숙객의 예약에 대해 자동적으로 예약을 취소하고 투숙객 및 숙소에 이메일로 통보합니다.  

 

 

제한을 설정할 수 있는 옵션이 있나요? 

다음을 포함한 유연한 옵션이 제공됩니다. 

  • 예약 종류를 기준으로 대상 지정 
    • 모든 예약에 적용: 모든 투숙객에게 ‘신용카드 없이 예약 가능‘ 옵션 제공 
    • 마감 임박 예약에만 적용: 체크인 며칠(기본적으로 3 숙소를 검색하는 투숙객에게 ‘신용카드 없이 예약 가능‘ 옵션 제공 
    • 국내 예약에만 적용: 숙소가 위치한 국가에 있는 투숙객에게 ‘신용카드 없이 예약 가능‘ 옵션 제공 
  • 특정 기간을 기준으로 해당 기능 적용 
    • 영구적으로 적용 
    • 특정 기간에 적용
