This article guides you on how to view current and past Agoda Boost Campaigns (ABC), pause ongoing campaigns and re-activate paused campaigns.
How to view current and past campaigns?
- YCS >> Growth programs >> Agoda Boost Campaigns
2. Scroll down to Your campaigns. There are 3 tabs:
a. Active: View the list of ongoing campaigns within the current booking period and pause them whenever you like.
b. Paused: View the list of paused campaigns within the current booking period and re-activate them whenever you like.
c. Archived: View the list of past campaigns for which the booking period has already passed. For your reference only.
3. You may review your campaign setup details by clicking on View under the Active, Paused, and Archived tabs.
How to pause an active campaign?
Under the Active tab, you may pause campaigns by clicking on Pause whenever you like.
How to re-activate a paused campaign?
Under the Paused tab, you may re-activate campaigns by clicking on Activate whenever you like.
What should I do when I am unable to find a past campaign?
If you are unable to find a past campaign, please contact your dedicated account manager.
