Artikel ini akan menjelaskan cara menangani ulasan yang tidak ingin Anda tampilkan pada properti Agoda Anda, serta penjelasan umum tentang kebijakan ulasan properti kami.  

Bisakah saya meminta agar ulasan dapat dihapus?

Ulasan dimoderasi oleh Agoda untuk memastikan bahwa hanya ulasan terverifikasi dan membangun yang ditampilkan di halaman kami. Tujuan kami adalah memastikan bahwa semua ulasan di situs kami autentik, jujur, akurat, dan membangun. Meskipun kami ingin semua properti mitra kami mendapatkan ulasan terbaik, kami tidak menghapus ulasan hanya karena ulasan tersebut negatif. Beberapa ulasan mungkin dihapus jika melanggar Kebijakan Ulasan kami, yang mungkin mencakup salah satu dari hal berikut:

  • Ulasan ditulis oleh tamu yang tidak datang (no-show)
  • Seluruh ulasan adalah spam atau omong kosong
  • Ulasan dikirimkan untuk properti yang salah
  • Ulasannya merupakan salinan dari ulasan lain. Tamu hanya diperbolehkan memberikan satu ulasan per masa menginap
  • Ulasan mengandung kata-kata kotor, komentar diskriminatif, serangan pribadi, komentar yang memfitnah, atau referensi seksual yang tidak pantas untuk khalayak umum.
  • Ulasan berisi referensi terhadap aktivitas ilegal
  • Ulasan berisi informasi pribadi seseorang

 

Bagaimana cara meminta agar ulasan dihapus?

Jika Anda menemukan ulasan yang melanggar salah satu skenario di atas, Anda dapat meminta agar ulasan tersebut dihapus dengan menghubungi kami untuk bantuan lebih lanjut. Jika Anda tidak menyukai ulasan yang Anda terima, dan ulasan tersebut tidak termasuk dalam salah satu skenario di atas, kami sarankan Anda untuk menanggapi ulasan tersebut. Respons langsung Anda terhadap ulasan tamu memungkinkan Anda mengatasi masalah dengan tamu sebelumnya sekaligus menunjukkan kepada calon tamu bahwa Anda peduli.
