What is the YCS Arrival guide?

The YCS Arrival guide allows you to offer a guest-friendly experience, particularly if you are an Agoda Homes property. On this page, you can provide important details that can help guide your guests to reach your property and check in with ease. This information will be shown on your Agoda property page or sent to the guest between their time of booking and their check-in date. If you are not an Agoda Homes property, the information you provide on this page will be automatically synced with details in your Property settings.

How do I complete the YCS Arrival guide?  

  1. Sign in to YCS
  2. Navigate to Property >> Arrival guide
  3. Check-in and Check-out times:
    • Click Edit/Add details to set the times for check-in and check-out, as well as the availability of the reception desk.
    • Choose Flexible from the drop-down menu if you do not want to specify an exact time.
    • If your property allows early check-in or late check-out, select the option for Yes, if available and may include an extra fee.
    • Once done, review your settings and click Save.
  4. Check-in instructions:
    • Click Edit/Add details to set the Check-in instructions that will be provided to the guest 3 days before check-in.
    • Choose the method guests will use when checking in for their stay at your property.
    • In the free-text field, provide step-by-step instructions for your guest to check-in upon their arrival.
    • Once done, review your settings and click Save.
  5. Directions:
    • Click Edit/Add details to provide detailed directions to your property.
    • Include step-by-step directions to clearly guide guests to your property.
    • Once done, review your settings and click Save.
  6. Parking:
    • Click Edit/Add details to provide parking instructions for your property.
    • Include detailed, step-by-step instructions on parking for guests who may be driving to your property.
    • If there is a daily parking fee, ensure that the rate is included.
    • Once done, review your settings and click Save.
