How do I connect my Agoda calendar with other websites?

This article shows you how to connect your Agoda calendar with other booking websites to prevent overbookings and keep your availability up to date. You’ll learn how to import and export calendar links, manage connections, and refresh your calendars for accurate scheduling. By syncing your calendars, you can easily coordinate reservations across all your platforms and manage your property with confidence.

As the host of a single-unit home, you can connect your calendar across all the websites where you list your property to easily help you prevent overbookings. This way, when your property is booked on one site, the dates will automatically be blocked on the other. Learn more about property types here.

Connecting your Agoda calendar to other sites

Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
Go to Calendar >> Calendar connections.
Click Connect calendars.
To export your calendar, click Copy calendar link and paste it into the calendar connection feature of the other site.
To import your calendar from the other site, copy that calendar link and paste it into the Other website link field, then name the calendar connection and click Import.
Repeat the process for other websites you want to connect with.

Managing your calendar connections

Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
Go to Calendar >> Calendar connections.
For the calendar connection you want to manage, click the pen icon to edit the connect or click the trash bin to stop exporting your Agoda calendar.

If you want to stop importing the other site’s calendar, please visit that site to manage the connection.

Refreshing calendar connections

Calendar connections automatically refresh several times a day. You can see when the calendar was last refreshed on the Calendar connections page, and you can refresh all connections at once to ensure availability is up to date.

Go to Calendar >> Calendar connections.
Click Refresh connections.
