- What is Property Collect?
Property Collect is Agoda’s enhanced payment model that allows customers to pay directly to the property. There is no invoice process involved due to Agoda’s offsetting system, which means that Agoda will deduct the commission for Property Collect bookings from Pay to Agoda (Prepaid) bookings.
- Identifying Property Collect Bookings
You will be able to identify property collect bookings by the booking confirmation voucher you receive via email and/or via the Agoda YCS extranet.
Booking confirmation voucher:
YCS >> Bookings >> Reservations.
- Making Payments for Property Collect Bookings
There is no invoice process involved due to Agoda’s offsetting system, which means that Agoda will deduct the commission for Property Collect bookings from Pay to Agoda (Prepaid) bookings. You can view this in the Agoda YCS extranet. Once logged in, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Finance
Step 2: Select Current Transactions
- Statement for Property Collect Bookings
You can also download a booking level statement for all property collect bookings under each payment batch processed. You can view this in the Agoda YCS extranet. Once logged in, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Finance
Step 2: Select Remittances
Step 3: Click Download
- Managing Property Collecting bookings
By logging in to the Agoda YCS extranet, you can use features in Property Collect to manage your bookings.
- Verify guest credit card with one click and get an instant response
- Request a new credit card if verification fails
- Cancel the booking if the guest fails to provide a satisfactory credit card
