The Bangkok Post reports that Thailand’s CCSA spokesman Dr Taweesilp Visanuyothin announced that the country’s Test&Go entry program would drop the requirement for a PCR test prior to boarding transport to enter Thailand. However, one night in an SHA -approved hotel and a PCR test on arrival are still needed. Additionally, new ports of entry would be added by land, sea, and air. The CCSA also extended the controversial emergency decree intended to curb Covid-19 until the end of May.
