Recommendations include seizing new opportunities in domestic markets, re-thinking destination and tourism source strategies based on flights, aggressively pursuing travel bubbles where possible, announcing border and restriction changes as soon as possible, and innovating activities and events to fit micro-demographics and last-minute bookings.
