- On YCS, click the Need Help button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page:

- The chat will respond with recommended Partner Help articles related to your inquiry. Please refer to the suggested article(s) to resolve your issue.
- If the issue has been resolved with recommended article(s), click Yes, issue solved.
- If the article(s) did not help to resolve the issue, please contact us by clicking Contact Agoda >> Submit Request.
- In the provided field, explain your issue in detail, then click Submit.
- We will notify you once the issue has been resolved, or if we need additional information via email or phone call
