The YCS Dashboard is the first thing you’ll see when you log in to YCS, providing a quick summary of your property’s performance. With all the essential metrics in one place, it is designed to give you a clear view of how things are going, so you can stay informed and make adjustments when needed.
Below is a breakdown of what you’ll find on your YCS Dashboard and how you can use these insights to keep improving.
Sales
Track your key metrics
The Sales section gives you an overview of important metrics, including:
- Bookings: The number of reservations you’ve received.
- Room nights: The total number of nights booked by guests.
- Average daily rate: Your property’s average room price per night.
- Revenue: Total income from bookings.
View the performance data across different timeframes by using the blue drop-down menu. These options can help you to understand where your property is performing well and where there is room for growth.
Reservations
Stay up-to-date on guest activity
The Reservations section gives you an overview of guest activity within a specified timeframe, including:
- Check-ins: The number of bookings to be checked in.
- Check-outs: The number of bookings to be checked out.
- Cancelled bookings: The number of reservations that have been cancelled for the selected timeframe.
View guest activity across different timeframes by using the blue drop-down menu. These options are designed to give you a quick update on daily guest movements, helping you stay prepared and keep operations running smoothly.
Your property vs competitor set
See how you measure up against the competition
The Your property vs competitor set section allows you to compare your property’s performance against others in your area. Note that the ranking is based on data from the last 30 days.
- Search results: How high your property appears in your city’s search results, ranked against that of your competitor set.
- Room nights: The number of room nights booked, ranked against that of your competitor set.
- Revenue: Your revenue from bookings made on Agoda, ranked against that of your competitor set.
- Unique visitors: The number of individuals who have viewed your property’s page on Agoda, ranked against that of your competitor set.
- Bookings: The number of bookings received, ranked against that of your competitor set.
Each metric offers tailored recommendations for improvement, keeping you competitive in your market. To view these recommendations, click Improve (when available) in the row of the metric you would like to address and review the card that appears on the right-hand side.
