Room mapping is the simple process of matching your property rooms offered by Booking.com or other Agoda partners with your rooms listed on YCS. This is crucial to prevent duplicate room listings on your Agoda property page, ensuring that bookings are accurate and seamless. Mapping each partner room to your room on YCS is essential to enhance customer satisfaction, mitigate the risk of negative reviews stemming from booking errors, and optimize revenue by maximizing occupancy rates.
Mapping your rooms
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Click on Property >> Room mapping.
- Under All partner rooms or Unmapped rooms, click Map room on the partner room you want to map.
- Compare the room details to the list of YCS rooms and select the appropriate match, then click Save.
Remapping your rooms
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Property >> Room mapping.
- Under All partner rooms or Mapped rooms, select the room you want to remap.
- Select the appropriate matching room on YCS to remap the partner room, then click Save.
Reporting a mapping issue
- Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings.
- Go to Property >> Room mapping.
- Under All partner rooms or Mapped rooms, select the room with the mapping issue.
- Under Other actions, select Report mapping issue.
- Select the issue you are facing, then click Report. Our team will review your report and respond as soon as possible.
