Special check-in instructions inform guests what they need to do before or during check-in at your property. Examples include late/early arrival procedures, different check-in address, security deposits, or any other information the customer should know. These can be attached to the confirmation email our customers receive when the booking is made.
Contact guests from the Reservations page
1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select one from Listings.
2. Go to Bookings >> Reservations.
3. For the guests you want to send special check-in instructions, select the messaging icon in the quick actions column.
Reply to guests from the Messages tab
1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select one from Listings.
2. Go to Messages.
3. Select the guest message to reply with your special check-in instructions.
