  • These are additional instructions we can attach to the confirmation email our customers receive when the booking is made.
  • These can be instructions customers need to do before or upon check-in at the hotel.
  • They can include instructions for late/early arrival procedures, different check-in address, security deposits, or any other information the customer should know.
