You can respond to a guest’s special request via YCS or in the YCS app. To respond on YCS, follow these steps:
- Log into YCS
- In the navigation, click on Bookings >> Reservations
- Complete all relevant fields to search for the booking
- Click on the booking >>Booking details >> Chat with guests
