How do I respond to a special request?
You can respond to a guest’s special request via the Agoda YCS extranet or app. Once logged in, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Bookings
Step 2: Select View Bookings
Step 3: Complete all relevant fields
Step 4: Chat feature
