The Campaigns page in YCS is a vital tool for Agoda partners to manage and monitor their promotional efforts. It provides an overview of all Sponsored Listing, Agoda Growth Program and Agoda Growth Express campaigns; categorized into Active, Expired, and Deleted sections.
Reviewing and managing campaigns
If no campaigns are listed, it means there are currently no active, expired or deleted campaigns. To review your campaigns, navigate to the Campaigns page. Click on each campaign to access performance metrics, such as bookings and room nights.
Active campaigns
This section displays all ongoing campaigns.
Expired campaigns
This section lists past campaigns where the booking period has ended. It serves as a reference for reviewing performance and planning future campaigns.
Deleted campaigns
This section lists campaigns that have been deleted by the property before the end date, as well as deleted Free Trial campaigns.
How do I create a new campaign?
To create a new campaign, click the +Create campaign button, then choose Sign up or Create campaign for the campaign you’d like to activate. To find out more information about each campaign type, click Learn More as shown on the screenshot.
What is the Top up button? – How do I add AGX credits?
If you have AGX Credit balance available for AGX campaigns, the balance will show in the top left of the campaigns page.
To add money to your AGX credit wallet (to top up), follow these steps:
- Click the Top up button
- Fill in the required details:
- Select your payment method
- Enter the amount of AGX credits you wish to purchase
- The email address of the person who we should send a copy of the invoice to.
- If applicable, enter your AGX Promo code.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on Request top-up
Once the payment is made, an email will be sent to the email address provided, and the AGX credits will appear in your YCS wallet within 2-10 working days.
