Understanding the 30-day payout window
For each of your single-unit homes listed on Agoda, the payout for your first booking is withheld for 30 days after the guest’s check-out date. This waiting period is designed to ensure safety and security for both hosts and guests, allowing time to resolve any potential disputes or issues.
How the payout process works
The 30-day payout window applies to all properties with preferred payout methods of direct bank deposit or PayPal. Any bookings and check-outs that occur during this initial 30-day window will also be subject to the same 30-day payout window. After the 30-day window has passed without any dispute, future payouts will be processed much faster.
Receiving your payout
- If your property is set to Auto Pay, payouts will be processed within 24 hours of guest departure after the initial 30-day window.
- If you manually request payouts, funds will be processed within 1–3 days of guest departure.
- Once processed, payouts are sent to your bank account within 3–5 business days.
Multiple properties and faster payouts
If you have listed multiple properties on Agoda, the 30-day payout window will apply to each property individually. However, after you receive the first payout for any one property, you can request to skip the 30-day payout window for your other properties.
To do this, contact Agoda support after your first payout is received. Once your request is approved, future payouts for your additional properties will be processed within 1–3 days of guest departure.
