请知悉:我们添加了一些功能来帮助合作伙伴验证客人的信用卡,确保信用卡担保的“住宿收款”订单能够收到款项。 

这些功能可在 YCS 后台(订单管理 >> 所有订单)的汇总页面找到。您具体可以采取的操作须遵从特定顺序并取决于距离入住的时间。默认情况下,所有“住宿收款”订单均已确认,但在某些情况下,您可以根据客人的信用卡查验结果取消订单。

订单取消的常见原因 

  1. 客人信用卡无效 
    • 如果客人在预订后的 48 小时内没有提供有效的信用卡,或者新提供的信用卡依然无效,您可以按照以下步骤取消订单:
      1. 前往 YCS >> 订单管理 >> 所有订单 
      2. 搜索订单 
      3. 点击支付和定价下的取消订单(如下图所示) 
    • 点击后,系统将向您和客人发送订单取消邮件。 
    • 取消操作可在入住前至少 24 小时前进行。 
  2. 客人未入住 
    • 如果客人没有到店入住,您可以按照以下步骤将订单标记为“未入住”: 
      1. 前往 YCS >> 订单管理 >>所有订单
      2. 搜索订单 
      3. 订单详情下,点击标记为未入住(如下图所示) 
    • 点击后,系统将取消订单并向您和客人发送订单取消邮件. 
    • 标记为未入住的选项会在入住日期当天午夜 0 点后出现,且会持续显示 72 小时. 
    • 如果您未能在 72 小时内报告未入住,该功能将变成灰色,您须联系我们以报告未入住请点击 YCS 后台的帮助按钮联系我们。 

如何收取订单取消 

您或 Agoda 将负责收取订单取消费,具体取决于您在验证客人信用卡时所采取的操作。 

  1. 如果您一次都没有查看客人的信用卡Agoda 将尝试代您收取订单取消费。取消订单或将订单标记为未入住时,系统将自动尝试向信用卡收费,并通过邮件告知您结果。如果收费成功,金额将添加到 YCS >> 财务 
  2. 如果您查看了客人的信用卡至少一次您将负责收取订单取消费。您可以通过 YCS >> 订单管理 >> 所有订单页面的聊天功能联系客人(如下图所示)。

1.我在什么条件下以及何时可以申请取消订单?

如果客人的信用卡无效,或者客人没有提供其他付款卡,您可以取消订单。取消操作可在入住前至少 24 小时前进行。 

2.我可以恢复已取消的订单吗?

不可以,订单取消后便无法恢复。 

3.如果客人使用信用卡预订但没有到店入住,Agoda 是否会代表合作伙伴收取订单取消费?

如果合作伙伴没有点击查看过客人的信用卡,Agoda 将代表您收取该费用。此设置逻辑是为了避免向客人重复收款。 

4.如果客人预订时没有使用信用卡且没有到店入住,Agoda 是否会代表合作伙伴收取订单取消费?

如果客人预订时没有使用信用卡,合作伙伴须自行发起收费流程。
