本文將說明如何管理取消的住宿收款訂單,以及如何收取取消費用。

備註:我們已新增一些功能幫助住宿夥伴驗證顧客的信用卡,以確保住宿收款的訂單款項(透過信用卡擔保的預訂)。 

您可以在YCS的預訂摘要頁面(訂單管理 >>訂單查詢)查看這些功能。能否使用這些功能視特定排序和離客人入住日期相距多久而定。預設情況下,所有住宿收款的訂單均已確認,但在某些情況下您可以根據顧客的信用卡驗證狀態取消預訂。 

取消預訂的常見原因 

  1. 顧客的信用卡無效 
    • 如果顧客在提出要求後48小時內未提供有效的信用卡,或是新提供的信用卡也無效,您可以按照以下步驟取消預訂: 
      1. 前往YCS >> 訂單管理 >> 訂單查詢 
      2. 搜尋訂單 
      3. 付款與定價中,點選取消預訂(如下圖所示)
    • 系統會發送取消電子郵件給您和顧客。 
    • 在入住日期前24小時可進行此操作。  
  2. 顧客未入住 (NoShow)
    • 如果顧客未在您的住宿辦理入住,您可按照以下步驟將訂單標記為未按時入住:  
      1. 前往YCS >> 訂單管理 >> 訂單查詢 
      2. 搜尋訂單 
      3. 訂單詳情下方,點擊將訂單標記為未按時入住(如下圖所示) 
    • 系統會取消該筆預訂並發送取消電子郵件給您和顧客。 
    • 將訂單標記為未按時入住的選項會在入住當天午夜後72小時內顯示。 
    • * 如果您未能在72小時內通報未按時入住的預訂,該功能將顯示為灰色。您必須向我們通報未按時入住的預訂。請透過YCS平台的小幫手」按鈕與我們聯絡 

我該如何收取取消費用? 

根據您所採取的顧客信用卡驗證操作,您或Agoda將負責收取取消費用。 

  1. 如果您從未查看過顧客的信用卡Agoda將嘗試代表您收取取消費用。取消預訂或將其標記為未按時入住,將自動觸發系統進行信用卡扣款,並透過電子郵件向您發送結果。若扣款成功,金額將新增至YCS >> 財務管理選單 
  2. 如果您至少查看過一次顧客的信用卡您將負責收取取消費用。您可以透過YCS >> 訂單管理 >> 訂單查頁面的聊天功能聯絡顧客(如下圖所示)。 

常見問題解答 

1.在什麼情況下以及什麼時候我可以要求取消預訂?

如果顧客的信用卡無效或顧客未提供其他付款卡片,您可以取消預訂。在入住日期前24小時可進行此操作。 

2.我可以恢復已取消的訂單嗎?

不行,訂單取消後即無法復原。 

3.如果顧客使用信用卡預訂但未按時入住,Agoda會代住宿夥伴收取取消費用嗎?

如果住宿夥伴未點擊查看顧客的信用卡,則Agoda將代為收取費用。此設定是為了避免向顧客重複扣款。 

4.如果顧客未使用信用卡預訂但未按時入住,Agoda會代住宿夥伴收取取消費用嗎?

如果顧客沒有使用信用卡預訂,住宿夥伴必須自行向顧客索賠取消費用。
