本文將協助您辨別在YCS財務管理頁面下「電子收款管理自助服務系統」 (ePass) 中出現超額扣款或負數餘額的原因。 

何謂超額扣款? 

當合作夥伴向Agoda收取的費用超過可計費的金額時,就會造成超額扣款,並使Agoda啟用流程來收回您超收的金額。 

超額扣款的情況包括但不限於: 

  • 取消/修改訂單(外部政策)如果顧客在入住日期前付款,且您已向Agoda的UPC收費,但顧客取消/修改了訂單,這將導致超額扣款,Agoda需向您收回這筆費用。 
  • 取消/修改訂單(內部政策)針對不可退款的訂單,若您同意退款給顧客時,就可能產生超額扣款的情況。 
  • 其他:詐騙、強制性扣款、手動輸入錯誤等。 

僅可提交計費金額大於0的訂單批次進行處理。 

若要進行此操作,請前往 YCS >> 財務管理 >> 目前交易明細 

針對餘額低於0的申請,頁面底部的異動款項明細 欄位將顯示錯誤訊息。 

合作夥伴也可能會看到我們財務團隊的手動調整。這可能是因為以下其中一個原因造成的: 

  • 多種幣值交易而導致超額扣款 
  • 訂單的過期稅率 
  • 經修改的取消政策 
  • 當一筆已取消未按時入住的訂單已全額扣款,但訂單狀態尚未在YCS上更新時。 

若您最近從其他收款方式改為使用ePass(電匯、e-Card、ePass UPC (UPC+) Paypal),且若您因系統限制而在轉移過程中遇到錯誤,我們的財務團隊將發布調整資訊以反映缺失的餘額。您將會在下個收款批次中看到這筆款項。 

如何查看超額扣款資訊? 

當訂單狀態變更時,您可能會收到修改後的訂單憑證。您也可以在 YCS >> 訂單管理 >> 訂單查詢 >> 訂單編號:XXX」查看其他狀態變更訂單狀態將以不同顏色的訂單編號顯示,如下所示。 

當訂單狀態變為「已取消」「未按時入住」時,可扣款的金額將根據取消政策設定更新。 

如果在YCS更新訂單狀態前就已收款,Agoda可能會透過發布負數付款金額來重新平衡費用。 

針對以下合作夥伴: 

未使用ePass 

  • 我們的財務團隊會聯絡您,並在系統中進行手動修改,以消除超額扣款的金額;或者,若您使用UPC收款,請修改UPC的批次交易,或重新申請一張UPC卡以利收款。 

使用ePass 

  1. 前往YCS >> 財務管理 >> 所有交易明細 
  2. 搜尋訂單交易(可根據入住日期、退房日期、預訂日期搜尋)並點擊。 
  3. 搜尋特定的訂單編號。當您發現該訂單編號下有一筆以上的金額,且其中一筆為負數的話,這代表Agoda已調整金額。請點此查看如何檢視過去款項。

Agoda如何收回超額扣款 

針對UPC 

  • 每週一,Agoda會向超額扣款的合作夥伴發送電子郵件,其中包含個別訂單的超額扣款報告及發票。 
  • 發票將要求合作夥伴將多收的費用退還至用來收款的UPC卡。 
  • 合作夥伴將有2週的時間退還款項,以避免由Agoda直接扣款。 

針對ePass UPC 

  • 僅當超額款項在ePass上保留超過60天時才可收取。 
  • 每週一,Agoda會向超額扣款的合作夥伴發送電子郵件,其中包含個別訂單的超額扣款報告及發票。 
  • 發票將要求合作夥伴將多收的費用退還至用來收款的UPC卡。 
  • 合作夥伴將有2週的時間退還款項,以避免由Agoda直接扣款。

下一步該怎麼做?

如果未將多收的金額退還給Agoda: 

在您收到銀行扣款後,請寄信至 AC-Chargeback@agoda.com 聯絡我們。 

請注意,任何扣款流程都需要時間,且對Agoda和合作夥伴的住宿都會產生費用。如果爭議數量增加,解決問題所需的時間和成本也會增加。我們強烈鼓勵合作夥伴謹慎管理超額收費,以節省雙方的時間和成本。 

如何繼續收款流程? 

針對餘額為負數的合作夥伴:   

  1. 請提交新的訂單批次,讓餘額變回正數。 
  2. 有時候新的批次可能只會讓負數減少,但整體餘額仍為負數。 

在以下例子中, 

  • 由於餘額仍為負數,因此不會發放UPC卡。 
  • 您可看到批次無法完全抵銷負數餘額的例子。 

 

在負數餘額抵銷後,您就可以按照一般流程向新的訂單收款。 

在以下例子中,您可以看到負數餘額被抵銷。 

常見問題與解答 

1. 我的住宿使用的是ePass,我能否透過銀行轉帳支付超額扣款金額,並在 YCS >>「財務管理」或「目前交易明細」中移除負數金額?

由於系統限制,任何超額扣款的金額必須透過相同的付款方式補足。

3. 扣款流程啟用後,Agoda能取消該流程嗎?

Agoda沒有提供取消扣款流程的選項。扣款流程一旦啟用,Agoda就應在1至2天內立即收回款項。 

我收到了扣款要求,但超額扣款已透過ePass收回,該怎麼辦?

儘管這個情況不太可能發生,但若真的發生,有可能是您在扣款要求提出前剛好收到了一筆訂單,且該訂單抵消了超額扣款的費用(時間差);或因資料問題而導致Agoda重複扣款。若發生上述情形,有兩種解決方案:
