If the facility/service is not offered, you can deactivate a facility in YCSand it will not be shown at all. However, your property page may still show the unavailable facility in a lighter color and crossed out.

Don’t worry — our analytics show that customers prefer to have some amenities displayed when unavailable, including but not limited to “pets allowed,” “elevator,” and others.
