One of the issues that you may experience is the Free Breakfast benefit incorrectly shown. In this article, you’ll find some tips to help troubleshoot this issue.

How can I remove the Free Breakfast benefit when it is incorrectly shown?

There are 2 free breakfast benefits that can be updated on YCS.

Step 1. On YCS > Settings > Property Settings > Facilities > Property Services > Dining, drinking and snacking > free breakfast

  • If you tick this, it will be shown under highlighted amenities

Step 2. Under rate plan benefit

  • This is shown under each room benefit

 

If free breakfast is applied to all rooms and any rate plan, even when rate plan you set is supposed to be “Room Only,” you need to make sure that you cross out the free breakfast facilities from hotel facilities.

Step 1. Go to “Settings” and click “Property Settings

Step 2. Click on “Facilities” and then “Property Services

Step 3. Scroll down or Click arrow right until you find “Dining, drinking and snacking

Step 4. Tick “X” on the Free Breakfast

Step 5. Click on “Save
