My property page shows the wrong room facilities

If your property page on Agoda is showing incorrect room facilities, please check that these facilities have been updated properly for all rooms. How you do this depends on your property type. Learn more about property types here.

Managing room facilities for hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Room setup. 
3. Click on the room you want to manage facilities for. 
4. Click Room level amenities. 
5. For each category, click Show all. Click to highlight each facility or amenity available in that room. To remove, click that facility or amenity so that it is no longer highlighted.  
6. Click Save. 

Managing room facilities for single-unit homes 

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Amenities. 
3. Tick the box of each amenity offered. Untick any that are no longer available. 
4. Click Save. 

Why is a facility crossed out on my property page?

Your property page on Agoda may show certain facilities as crossed out if they are not available at your property. This provides potential guests clarity and assurance when looking to book their stay.  

I want to remove airport transfer from the facility highlights on my property page

If you don’t want airport transfer highlighted on the Agoda page of your hotel-type property or multi-unit home, simply edit your setting in YCS.  

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Property settings. 
3. Click Property location, then Transfer information. 
4. Untick Airport transfer available. 
5. Click Save. 

If you choose to offer airport transfer, please input or adjust the cost in the provided field. 

I want to edit how free Wi-Fi is displayed on my property page

For hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes, you can have your free Wi-Fi offering shown at the property or room level.

Show free Wi-Fi for all rooms

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Property settings. 
3. Under Facilities, click Property services. 
4. Under Internet access, click the checkmark on Free Wi-Fi in all rooms! to highlight it. 
5. Click Save. 

Show free Wi-Fi for a room

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Room setup. 
3. Click on the room you want to show free Wi-Fi for. 
4. Click Room level amenities. 
5. Under Entertainment, click Show all. 
6. Click to highlight Wi-Fi free. 
7. Click Save. 

Show free Wi-Fi for a rate plan

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Rate plans. 
3. Click on the rate plan you want to show free Wi-Fi for. 
4. Under Popular benefits, tick the box for Free Wi-Fi. 
5. Click Save. 

I want to edit how breakfast is displayed on my property page

For hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes, you can have your breakfast offering shown at the property or room level. 

Show free breakfast is available for all rooms and rate plans

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Property settings. 
3. Under Facilities, click Property services. 
4. Under Dining, drinking, and snacking, click the checkmark on Breakfast [free] to highlight it. 
5. Click Save. 

Show breakfast is available for a room and rate plan

For breakfast to show at the room level, it must be included in the rate plans for the room.  

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Rate plans. 
3. Click on the rate plan you want to add breakfast to. 
4. Under Popular benefits, tick Breakfast. You can also click Show more to manage your breakfast offerings. 
5. Click Save. 

Single-unit homes can manage the breakfast offering for their property from the Amenities page. 

1. Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings. 
2. Go to Property >> Amenities. 
3. Under Kitchen, tick Breakfast. 
4. Click Save.
