Agoda does not send invoices requesting you to pay commission. The commission is already deducted from the value of the booking.

The breakdown is as follows:

Example:

Sell Rate – $100
Promotion – 10%
Commission – 20%

Without promotion

Sell Rate/YCS Rate $100
(-) Commission (20%) ($ 20)
Net Rate to property $ 80

With promotion

YCS Rate $100
(-) Promotion (10%) ($ 10)
Sell Rate $ 90
(-) Commission (20%) ($ 18)
Net Rate to property $ 72
