You can contact a guest via the Agoda YCS extranet or app. Once logged in, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Bookings

Step 2: Select View Bookings

Step 3: Complete all relevant fields

Step 4: Contact via Chat feature

 

What do I do if I can’t contact a guest?

If you are unable to get in touch with a guest via the Agoda YCS extranet or app, you can request our customer support team to get in touch with them.

Email biz@agoda.com (please state Agoda booking ID).
