How to manage my photos?

Having great photos is key to any property. Photos drive exposure, promote bookings and improve reputation. The Photo Management page is an intuitive, user-friendly interface for you to manage and upload your photos. In this article, we will outline how to update your photos in YCS.

You can easily add and manage photos on YCS to showcase your property and rooms. Once your changes are applied, you will see them reflected on the Agoda storefront within a few hours.

Please note that the photos displayed on the Agoda storefront will include those you provide on YCS as well as any images you uploaded to Booking.com and Priceline. If you would like to manage photos that you did not add to YCS, please reach out to the respective partner for assistance.

Adding new property photos

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos.
3. Under Property photos, click Add photo.

Adding new room photos

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos.
3. Click Add photo under the room you are providing photos for.

Adding or changing your main photo

You can select the photo you want potential guests to see first for your property and rooms.

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos.
3. Click the photo you want to set as the main photo.
4. Click Set as main photo.

Adding missing photos

Photos play an important role in your content score, which can impact your search ranking. By adding all missing photos for your property and rooms, you can improve your score and gain more visibility in search results.

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos and click Missing photos.
3. Click on each item that is missing a photo to add it.
4. Go to All photos and add a tag to each one.

Tagging photos

Tagging your photos is an important step to ensure potential guests know what they are looking at. When you add a tag, it will be shown alongside the photo on your Agoda listing. Tags also enable AI smart ordering, ensuring your photos are ordered to maximize bookings.

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos.
3. For the photos you want to tag, tick the box in the upper left corner and click Tags.
4. Select the tag for these photos, then click Tag photo.

Deleting photos

1. Sign in to YCS.
2. Go to Property >> Photos.
3. For each photo you want to remove, tick the box in the upper left corner.
4. Click Delete, then click to confirm the removal.
