何时报告客人未入住(No-Show)的情况?

如果客人直到入住日期当天午夜仍未到店,您可以报告客人未入住。 在报告未入住之前,请先通过YCS确认客人是否发送了“延迟入住”的申请,或者是否已直接联系贵住宿作出了相关安排。 我们建议您先等待24小时,再报告客人未入住。 报告未入住(No-Show)的步骤因订单收款方式而异。 有关“Agoda收款”和“住宿收款”模式的说明,请参见下一章节。

如何报告客人未入住(No-Show)的情况?

报告未入住(No-Show)的步骤因订单支付方式而异。 Agoda 提供2种支付模式: “Agoda收款”模式和“住宿收款”模式。 预订时,客人可根据自己的偏好选择。

“Agoda收款”模式

“住宿收款”模式

“住宿收款”的订单意即住宿方会在客人到店后直接向客人收款。 随后,Agoda将扣除住宿方的订单报酬。您可以在YCS财务页面看到这笔扣款。 在“住宿收款”模式的预订确认凭证上,将显示为“待客人支付”(TO BE PAID BY GUEST),如下所示: morp-3 如需查看“Agoda收款”订单的支付方式,请前往YCS>>订单管理>>所有订单,然后搜索相关预订编码。 a-screenshot-of-a-computer__description-automatically-generated-5-2 对于“住宿收款”订单,您可按照以下方式自行报告未入住(No-Show),无需联系Agoda。

未入住(No-Show)费用

“住宿收款”模式下的未入住(No-Show)费用

考虑到住宿方尚未查看客人的信用卡详情,一旦收到未入住(No-Show)报告,Agoda将尝试直接从存储在系统中的客人信用卡收款。

  • 若Agoda可向客人收取未入住(No-Show)费用,我们将通过YCS财务页面将款项转给您。
  • 若Agoda无法向客人收取未入住(No-Show)费用,我们将自动放弃相关订单的报酬,并供住宿方查看客人的信用卡详情,以便住宿方收取未入住(No-Show)费用。
