Get payouts for multiple bookings at once with ePass

ePass (Electronic Payment Administration Self Service) lets you request payouts for multiple bookings at once, making it easier to manage your payouts. Learn how to get started, find payout details, and use key Finance features to streamline your payout process.

What is ePass?

ePass is Agoda’s secure system that lets you request payouts in YCS for multiple bookings at once. You choose when you want to receive payouts for each booking, plus you get access to past payout details without any time restriction to support reconciliation and reporting needs.

ePass supports multiple payout methods, depending on your property type:

For hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes

For single-unit homes

Getting started with ePass

To start using ePass, please contact us and let us know the roles you would like permissions for.

General role
- Review bookings on All transactions
- Initiate payouts on Earnings
- View past payout details on Remittances
Card Info Viewer role
- All General role rights
- View UPC details
- For your safety and security, we highly recommend that this role be restricted to very few senior employees.

Finding payout-related information when using ePass

You can view and manage your payouts under the Finance menu in YCS when using ePass. If your payout method is supported by ePass but you cannot access the Finance menu, please contact us. Here are the pages you’ll have access to and what you can do with them:

Earnings: Displays all bookings which have reached their payout date or have been cancelled (displayed immediately upon cancellation). You can get payouts or dispute bookings individually or by the batch. Bookings will be displayed on this page for 150 days after their check-out date; after that, they will be removed from this page and the payment will no longer be available for you to claim. Please note that refund transactions will always remain on this page until they are batched.
All transactions: Displays all bookings created and any adjustments made to payment transactions by the Agoda Finance Team.
Remittances: Contains details for all past payouts.
Payout accounts: View or manage the details for your property payout method.
Agoda Advanced transactions: Contains details of any bookings made through the Agoda Advanced program.

1. My property was on UPC, and recently I switched payment methods -- do I need to request for access?

We will grant Finance tab access for you during the process of switching payment methods. However, you may submit a request for Finance tab access if you would like to use a different username or if you would like to add more usernames.
